The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, from the moment of check in, continuing throughout the stay, and ending with follow up after checking out. The location on Cromwell Road was ideal as it was a 5 minute walk t the Earls Court Tube station, and the 74 bus stopped right in front of the hotel. The South Kensington neighborhood was perfect, quiet but full of conveniences and restaurants, without the tourist crowd. A real local feel. The rooms were very spacious and extremely quiet, even though I faced the street. Beds were very comfortable.
good location to picadilly line/heathrow airport, no changes.
Breakfast was v expensive so didnt eat there
Good value for what you get
Mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable
new rooms, new furniture, good sized rooms
there were hardly any TV channels (that is if you don't count foreign ones). My TV didn't even have ITV1. when I called receptionthey said they are currently doing some work - this should ahve been mentioned when I booked the hotel. Internet is too expensive!
location and staff was helpful
Too expensive considering it is noisy and the breakfast is not included. The rooms smell like dump.
