I cannot accurately give input as they moved us to a different hotel and tried to charge us for breakfast even though it was supposed to be included. Felt scammed.
They moved us across the street to a different hotel. We didn't even stay at the hotel I'd booked. Felt like a scam.
Very close to paddington station. Staff was friendly and helpful overall. Breakfast was fine. Room was clean although tiny by US standards.
No washcloth given even upon request. Bathroom miniscule with broken towel rack. Overcharged for taxi due to hotel arrangement with company, but the drive and driver were nice.
I loved the location of this hotel. For it's location the price can't be beat!
Difficult to navigate the labyrinth of hallways and stairwells. I felt like I was in a video game the first few times I needed to find my room or way out.
convenient location to Paddington Station
Room in general and shower specifically were very small, even by European standards
Good location on a quiet street. Free internet in the rooms and free wi-fi in the lobby. Free upgrade to a double room. Friedly staff. Hotel seemed to be in a good condition.
Even the double room was too narrow - you'd had to walk sideways past the bed. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive so we did not even check it out and chose to eat elsewhere.
it was amazingly quiet for London, and the shower was very efficient and very easy to adjust to temp. desired
I realize it was an inexpensive hotel but I have never had such a small towel, it was the size of a bathmat, surely they could be a bit larger.
The ability to go away from the hotel on a daily basis.
The rooms were so small it was not possible to change opinions in there.
Rooms were very small. Not a 4 star hotel
