They had no idea about my cancelation with Kayak for the final three nights and just told me I prepaid the entire stay. I called Kayak and confirmed cancelation and was told the desk staff just do not know a bit stressful.

hotel is really tired looking. No hot water for bath!Found empty wine bottels in room!Maid left master key in our room-not godd security. restaurant does indian buffet only.€570. for 3 nights. Not value for money at all.Paying for location-Which is ideal!
Pleasant and in a good location close to public transport. Expensive for one overnight stay. Couldnt pay bill in Euro.
The price of one overnight stay seemed excessive
at GBP 169 great price/quality
hotel staff was really helpfull, the location of hotel was nearby the most tourist attraction of the city.
The location. .
The hotel was really poor and definately not a 4 * hotel. Everything was really old and the wooden furniture was not even painted. The shower and bath were crap and it took quite long until there was hot water. It was not a 4 * hotel, but if it was categorized/priced 2* it would be fine thanks to its location
The location was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful
off main road Taxi s was hard to locate
situation and friendliness
Awful, very unpleasant stay.
