Great location to the tube
Perfect location close to underground Glocester station, good staff, nice clean and comfortable room
Location ! Clean and nice facilities. Good breakfast.
Room was very small and windows facing the main street ment that there was much noise.
Waiter in the restaurant opened it especially for our booking of 3 as the restuarant was booked out that night for a private function.
We were in the basement room and the corridor absolutley stunk of rubbish, damp and dirty linen. The paintwork was in an appalling state as well as carpets. The room was freezing and curtains didn't close. You had to wait hours for the one lift. At breakfast we had to ask for everything to be replenished and the waitress kept clearing your plate even before you had taken the last mouthful instead of waiting for everybody to finish at the same time. Tghere was a private function ghoing on with loud music until 12.30 - not good when you have an elderly person with you. As for a newly refurbished hotel - it needs an complete overall.
The bed was too short.
The hotel had a good atmosphere. It was also very convienant for the underground station that we needed. The room was perfect for our one night stay
