It is situated next to the very beatiful Kensington Gardens and only three minutes away from a Central line tube station.
The rooms and especially bathrooms weren't clean; rooms so small there was no space to put luggage; no enforced quiet-time during the night; poor breakfasts.
Just take few mintes to the tube. good position. The room size is ok.
The alram in bathroom will automatically drop water although there was no smoke or fire happened! There were two beds in the room. They were both noisy. We cant sleep because beds made noise all the time~ I think for a hotel, the most important thing should be the beds!
The price is cheap. Not too far from the Tube Station. They have a bar in the reception area. Staff were friendly (but were unwilling to refund me for the internet which did not function properly).
I stayed in a 6 person dorm. The people sleeping in the room were too noisy for me to fall asleep. I paid to use internet, but I couldn't access my Yahoo email or use Google Maps: the only two things I needed. The breakfast was provided with plastic cutlery, plates and cups. Lockers were not free, and you couldn't use your own lock. After one night I moved to the Royal Bayswater Hotel (their "sister" company) which was much better value for money and closer to the Queensway Staion. It also had excellent internet and a tourist bus pick up point just in front.
location was good, neraby the tube.
there's no wirelles in my room, even tey say every room has a wirelles, but my room is far away from router, so i couldn't catch the signal. so i had to go to the reception and use interentet downthere.
Stayed at 6 beds-dorm., so you gotta be prepared to share with any kind of individuals. Nothing new by the way. My stay was pleasant. Very quiet place indeed. Good cleanliness standards. Well-Located. Five minutes walking from/to Queensway tube. Near to all the amenities. Recommendable.
You get charged an extra 10% of your bill by paying with credit card. There are no other food options but breakfast at morning.
