Great location, friendly stuff and a modest room for five guests to sleep. Good value for money if you don't mind dorm-like conditions.
Authentic late 19 century London building with huge drafty windows and a retrofitted 4'x4' (1.5x1.5 m) bathroom cabin with fully functional toilet, sink and shower, which demanded quite a skill from the user.
Location near the center, low prices, good breakfast. I would come back anytime.
The fact that is in Central London and close to a Tube (Earls Court) is the best thing this hotel has. Staff was nice and helpful.
The rooms are very small with no complet bathroom, only a shower. If you wanted to use the toilet you had to go out of the room. The sheets were dirty.
Locality to underground station
No lift which made it difficult to get our pushchair up the stairs.
Location is good.
Room need refurbish, floor is wet, small bahtroom, toilet is not in the room. Very noisy in the morning. Breakfast is not good and not enough. I did not recommend, if budget is not yours priority.
Nothing was good enough. Staff was very unfriendly.
Room where dirty.
location is very good, 1min to the Earl court station.
The room is very small and the ensuit bathroom is only a small cubicle with no ventilation. Towel are not change(even we requested), we have to use the same one for 3days.
Very suitable place and nice stay
too quick to leave at 10 in the morning
Place around hotel. Good location. Easy to find.
What I am very pleased with was the breakfast! That was really good with good service and we got as much to eat as we wanted. This was a big plus! Hotel staff: based on my phone calls and mails earlier they were really nice but then I was not happy with the answer I received from them related to the bathrooms. And after complaining about this I felt they were not too happy with us. But they were always helping and polite when needed. Facilities and value for money; Compared to other hotel prices in London this was a cheap hotel (but actually quite a lot of money). Basicly facilities were a disappointment but I am not sure how it actually is if I compare it to other hotelrooms nearby. I suppose it is ok for that price (and if I think about the breakfast it is). Our rooms were always very clean when we came back in the evenings. One more plus is that we were allowed to use the kitchen in the evening to have our evening coffee. (There was also the only TV we were allowed to use..but it was open only until 9 pm.)
Understood from they explanation that there is a bathroon in each room but there wasn't. I think that the answer from the hotel should have been that some of them do, some don't. To the below questions (would I recommend this hotel): Yes with the true information - do not expect to have a bathroom of your own, Breakfast very good.
We watched Dirty Dancing Musical. And looked around the city
