Large enough to shelter up to six guests, the Arlington Road apartment comprises of kitchen zone with living room, two bedrooms, bathroom/wc and a terrace. The kitchenette is fully arranged with all kitchen utensils and cookware one could think of and even offers complimentary coffee and tea. The lounge area is very comfortable with its leather sofa and the double sofa bed, as well as the coffee table. The two bedrooms feature double beds and built-in wardrobes, while the bathroom is modern and very well arranged. The Arlington Road apartment is located just couple of minutes walk from the Camden Town underground station and the same distance away from the main railway station in London. The airport could be reached for 45 minutes with the help of the express train. The serviced apartment is well situated when it comes to facilities as well, including a restaurant, a grocery store, a food shop and an ATM machine. Arrivals between 21:00 and midnight will be subject to a late check-in fee of GBP 20.00 and GBP30.00 from 00:00 During your check in you: A) fILL IN OUR GUEST FORM B) Facilitate the outstanding payment C) Provide us with your credit card details OR leave a cash deposit of GBP150.00 to cover any possible damage that might be incurred to the apartment or its contents, during your stay. In case you choose to leave a deposit, it is refunded after check-out, once the apartment has been proved free of damage. D) Only upon payment you receive the keys to your apartment. Groups of 6 or more will be charged a security deposit of GBP50.00 per person.
