From Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, founders of the perennially fashionable Cipriani restaurants, Mr. C Beverly Hills sets the stage for a stylish stay in Los Angeles. This five-star, 137-room property blends contemporary fashion with classic L.A. elegance and a terrific array of amenities.
A Vintage Yet Modern Jewel in Beverly Hills
Movie buffs will love the hotel's retro, black and white film posters that grace the halls, while those in town for work should definitely consider holding a meeting or two in the 12th floor event space, with its 360-degree city views and private exterior glass elevator. Meanwhile, in-room amenities at Mr. C include a private bar, Mascioni bathrobes, rain showers, private balconies, handcrafted Italian furniture, pillow-top mattresses, and more. Mr. C Beverly Hills has spared no expense to please the discerning world-traveler. The in-house restaurant specializes in signature pizzas, garden fresh salads, and traditional Cipriani classics, like beef carpaccio and baked tagliolini. Poolside dining at the heated outdoor pool (reserved for guests) is also available. Mr. C Spa & Beauty won't disappoint, while the fitness center offers free yoga on Saturday mornings.
Near the Hotel
Mr. C Beverly Hills is a short drive from the Hammer Museum and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art; the Santa Monica pier and beach are just a bit farther. The hotel's neighborhood, meanwhile, is a mecca of fabulous shopping and dining.
I reserved a room with two beds. When I checked in they said they didn't have any rooms available with two beds. They assigned us a room with a king size bed. I was very disappointed, my adult pregnant daughter was with me and I should have received what I reserved.
Nice location Well furnished and decorated.
Pumbling issues NO HOT WATER. I was unable to take a warm shower before bed. In room movie system also had issues. Hotel and room look nice but they have some underlying infrastructure issues. Room was also noisy. Lots of road noise even on the 9th floor. no self parking available . Valet parking $40 for one night.
The hotel is in a nice area and is in walking distance to Rodeo Drive. It has amazing views from the bar/breakfast room, you can just see the Hollywood sign in the distance. There is free internet access and complimentary coffee in the bar all day.
Didn't rate the breakfast, the only hot food was scrambled egg whites?! Certainly didn't expect an English breakfast but thought it would have been nice to have had bacon, eggs and pancakes with maple syrup. We had breakfast in the hotel the first morning and then went out to have a lovely USA breakfast the following mornings.
Perfect Hideaway with a view in the midle of Beverly Hills with great views.
The location is wonderful with easy access to the beaches and BH, freeways. The only parking is valet which is now the norm in LA. The staff was exceedingly polite and helpful.
I stayed at this hotel about two years ago. There seems to be a climate control issue in the room. I am pretty sure I stayed in the same room during both trips and don't know if it is an issue on other floors.
Excelente hotel.
