Laundromat out of order
The price was good
My room was non smoking but smelled like a smoker room,... Yuk!
Our first room had bedbugs-YUCK. I have several photographs. We had to call the front desk to have our second room serviced. Walls were very thin and we heard everything from next door. For a four night stay it was a horrible experience.
Staff was rude! Banging doors early in the morning. We got stares cause I'm black and my girlfriend is white. Tried to talk to the manager about extra charges,no reply. The front desk girl needs to learn her manners. Will never ever stay there again!!!!!!
Breakfast and the two attendants that night we checked in they were very friendly and courteous.
The general manager or the way he presented himself over the phone very very rude and unprofessional. Will never stay at his hotel ever again.
Location and how clean it was
Confusion on cost of room. What was confirmed and what I had to pay
Staff was very courteous
just the AC , window units are too noisy
It was close to everywhere we were going. The breakfast was good.
The cleanliness could be better. The tops of the headboards were really dusty and the floor was dirty. We had a non-smoking room with non smoking rooms all around us but our hallway smelled as if someone was smoking constantly. The beds were very hard!
The staff was friendly.
Located near a run-down apartment complex and undesirable neighborhood. Hotel was in poor repair.
The breakfast was pretty good.
We got a smoking room that was terrible. Probably never do Priceline again unless I know for sure I'm getting a non-smoking room.
Nothing . Our reservation was for a Nonsmoking king and when we got there all that was available was a Smoking queen. And that room was absolutely horrible, and to not have enough sense to check what is going with the reservations is absolutely ludicrous
staff was friendly
bathroom was poorly lit and the door swung open to the bed. The closet door was off track and the hall smelled of cigarettes
We arrived at 3 am after an exhausting drive just to find a night clerk who could not speak English understandibly. Also, he did not know that we had paid for the room in full to the online travel agency and demanded to swipe our credit card again. This was all very frustrating since we had already paid, but could not communicate this to this man. So, we gave up and gave him the card. Two of us went into the room and one of us went to get the luggage out of the car. The night clerk walked into the room, using his own key, without knocking on the door!?! Now, how creepy is that!?! Also, this ground-floor room had the window wide open to the parking lot as we arrived. Further, the trash can was full of empty beer and wine bottles and the smoke detector was dangling by wires from the ceiling. Very disturbing, indeed! The walls were paper thin. We were awoken at 7 am by the moanings next door. The towels were stinky, worn thin, and permanently stained. Interestingly, the bed wasn't too bad. I suppose that's what people come there for! Would we recommend this? Hell no!
This hotel is not really very conveniently located as it is in far Western Amarillo, but it is a good buy for the money if you get there early enough to insist upon a room far away from the Interstate. When we first checked in the clerk gave us a room right near the office saying that was all they had. The highway noise would have made our stay intolerable, so I went back and insisted upon a room as far away from the highway as possible and was then given one. The queaky wheel axiom in action. The rooms are very large and comfortable with sitting area, TV, microwave, refrigerator and high speed Internet. The best part of the hotel is the free hot breakfast in the morning.
The facilities, staff, were great. Very good continental breakfast. Worth the price.
After checking in, I proceeded to my room only to find that it had not been cleaned. The trashcans were full and the beds not made up. I informed the front desk and they assured me it would be ready before I came back from my meeting. The next morning, when attepting to take a shower - I found that there were no toiletries - no soap - no shampoo - nothing. Overall, a poor experience
