I love the quiet and safeness of this hotel.
I did not like the 'fees' I was threatened with, ie check out late, lose your key. I especially didn't like that I had to take my trash out when I left. That's just seems wrong.
I dont know, I didnt get to go to the hotel that I booked because they booked me in a hotel in Washington, not Utah, Before I purchased, it was confirmed that the hotel was in Utah, later I discovered that the Hotel was in WA, i attempted to cancel.
I was denied and told me I had to pay the price, so basically i paid for a night in WA, which I did not use, it was a huge scam.
It is in a wonderful small town near the Canadian/US border crossing and the grounds and buildings are in great shape. Unlike the I-5 border crossing, it only takes a few minutes to cross here.
There was no shampoo or conditioner. It would be nice if people were made aware that this isn't actually a hotel; it's a timeshare building at a golf course so it doesn't have the usual staff support between 6 pm and 9 am, not even for check in or check out. I don't know how anyone would even be able to gain access to a room for check in after 6 PM since there is no one around.
