Hair dryer was broken and not repaired for the entire duration of my stay. Otherwise, it was excellent.
Its worngly mentioned 5star at booking.com, actually its 4 star by all means and keeping in mind the price they are offering, its absolutely ok. Value for money, calm & quite, Ok breakfast and lots of window shopping & dine in options around. Staff was very good and professional.
Everything was ok.
The staff was very attentive and extremely helpful when we were looking for a tour guide to show us sites in Medina beyond the Prophet's Mosque.
They are going through rennovations right now (September 2011) but the room was a bit dustier than I had expected it to be for the cost. The other hotel patrons tend to be noisy at odd hours, but that is not something the staff can necessarily control either.
The hotel became old and service of staff was very bad to slow, room was not ready while my arrival and need to wait for half an hour for that. The location is good near from Haram and markets. Breakfast is too poor of varieties
Not what I expected out of Intercontinental hotel!!! Refrigerator was not working! room reminded me of Comfort Inn. The buffet was so sad and poor, the quality was mediocre. Fruit on the buffet was oranges and few apples. The most disappointing experience I have ever had.Concierge had no clue at all. Reservation promised a room with a view, got the worst view ever imagined. Simply it was disaster. Will never stay at Intercontinental again.
The breakfast was good, the rooms was perfect and very thing was very good, this was my third time in this hotel. I like the hotel very much, nice clean perfect price..
It was very nice, this was my second time in this hotel, room service was good, cleaness too.. if you ask for sure I will recomend this hotel as one of the best in madinah.. I came for hajj 2010 also I was here in ramadan too..
Nothing at all..
the location, the structure, everything was simply the best.
everything was excellent except for the elevators. during Haj and Ramadan its overcrowded otherwise its not a complain. please mention the name of the city correctly. it's Riyadh and not Rihadh as mentioned by you.
breakfast was perfect ,people professional, location is reasonable
Fairly good accomodation with Breakfast
Two lifts are not sufficient for the movement of the guests and there is long wait. The A/C was not functioning properly.
Th front desk staff were very friendly, I asked for 2 side-by-side rooms because of my kids, it took them about 10 minutes to find such rooms, which really was nice of them, considering the hotel was loaded. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were just a little old, kind of a 4-star bathroom, but it was very acceptable. The hotel is about 3-5 minutes away from the Mosque walking. The Breakfast was nice, and I really enjoyed the free high speed Internet in every room, and they had hotel parking, which is very important because its hard to find a parking anywhere. Overall, I recommend this hotel, a great bargain for your money.
The bathrooms do not present a 5-star hotel bathroom, it can be a little better.
