I reserved a full size SUV to move my son into college, when I went to pick up the car I was told they didn’t have any vehicles, the employee did finally find me a minivan which I had to go pick up at a location about 20 minutes away. That car reeked of smoke, but at that point I had no choice but to take the vehicle as I needed it early the next morning. I will never again rent from them8.4 Very good

Upon arrival my bill was doubled, they kept trying to sell me on more insurance even though I had purchased online. In the end I gave up and paid a little extra after a discount - just give me the price that I pre-booked at and let me get to my vacation please.4.4 Mediocre
