Cons:
Car was not ready at pick-up. Still needed to be cleaned. Gas tank only 1/4 full Car hood was left ajar, as I started to drive I noticed it and pulled over to close it.8.8 Very good

Nice car, clean and in pretty good condition.Cons:
Counter staff was quick and courteous but had to wait a few minutes for them to show up, both at pickup and drop off. Higher cost than rentals in neighboring town.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
We got a car that did not have a manual with information on how to access the controls. The car honked every time we tried to use the cruise control. And it took forever to get the ad by Serius XM to go off the screen. We finally went online to find the car manual and were then able to locate and use the controls. The car worked well after that. More importantly, the people at Enterprise couldn’t have been nicer to deal with.10.0 Wonderful

The car was still dirty from previous usage (trash, cigarette butts, etc.) 1st car the maintenance required light came on so we had to delay leaving for trip in order to switch to another rental.10.0 Wonderful

The lady behind the counter at the Lynchburg Airport was less than helpful. She seemed bothered by my questions. She was due any day to have a baby, and it really showed in her attitude. She should not have been at work, she should have been home resting getting ready to have a child.3.6 Poor

Lynchburg rental was just as bad. Horrible customer service. Was told I could go to the employee's job for her with checking the car in or I could leave my number and e-mail address and she could get to it later but there might be a late fee. Will not rent from either location again!7.2 Good

Pros:
Recommended a upgrade which I took advantage of. The Maxima was a incredible and comfortable experience for the 6 1/2 hour drive. The car exterior was washed.Cons:
The interior of the car was not cleaned. Fingerprints were all over the back seat windows. Food wrappers were present in the car. The car seems to have needed maintenance as well. I was picking up some road noise from the rear axle and I also heard a bang sound when I took left turns coming from the rear as well. I did not feel the car was safe as it needed to be.9.6 Wonderful

The staff helped me t sync my phone since I had never done it before and all was easy after that.Cons:
I had not requested this kind of car, yet I found that I was more than pleased with every aspect of it. And since I sat in that car for three days straight, driving from east coast to west coast, that is saying quite a lot.National
