It was exceptionally clean! The pool was perfect for our little girl. Very clean and fun. We stayed in the king sweet with the side room. This was great for our kid so we could put her to bed and stay up to watch a movie. I would love to stay here again!
The breakfast left much to be desired. It seemed like they had warmed it up a couple days in a row.
Very close to our family we were visiting.
The bed was too soft and caused my back to hurt.
The rooms were clean. The pool area was very cool, if you are traveling with children.
When you got off at the frontage road to actually pull into the hotel, there were no signs letting you know that the hotel was even there. With all the other 'like' buildings on the road, we passed it up several times...
Neither of our room phones worked and when we called the front desk he was rude and didn't listen at all to what I was asking.
Clean, great breakfast, great location.
i liked that it had hot coffee in the morning when we left
1. we checked in and our room cards didn't work. 2. we got in our room and attempted to turn on the TV -- it didnt work. we call the front desk and were told to unplug some cords and try again3. no cribs available - not a huge deal
Pool hours, friendly staff, location
I thought the room was very nice. Access from the highway could be better as signage at highway exit and turn to access road
Hotel was clean and looked like every other country inn and suites.
Location was far off the main highways. Seemed to be more for corporate clients than travelers.
The great size of the rooms and also how the shower heats up immediately.
Could use a larger breakfast area. Even when the hotel isn't booked to maximum, it's always crowded in the breakfast room, making it hard to get your food without running into someone.
Convenient location for what I was looking to be near.
Pool area catered to a range of ages--just wish there wasn't a basketball hoop planted in the middle of the adult pool. Adjacent outdoor patin area would be so much nicer with a little attention--the 2 sad picnic tables didn't make the space very nice.
The Breakfast buffet was awesome! The cookies when we came in late was nice to have as well.
No, it was great!
Bed was super comfortable
I could not get the tv to turn on and work.
Not the quality I expect from Country Inn & Suites. Not worth the price.
Food was great, hot tub clean, very nice room
The staff member double charged me (after already paying thru priceline she charged me again), and I'm still waiting for this ti be reimbursed. The staff keeps saying they'll have a manager call me back but never does.
It was close to our family and the rooms were nice.
The main reason we picked this hotel was the fun pool area but when we got there it was out of service I would love to know know if things like that are out of service so I don't waist time and money going there. The staff was not the nicest either.
Very quiet, even though completely full with convention attendees. Nice free breakfast.
Other Priceline hotels have gladly accommodated requests for 2 beds vs. 1 King bed, or for handicapped accessible rooms. This hotel's policy was to reject any such requests.
The location has very convenient highway access.
The television in my room did not work. When I mention this to the person working behind the desk, I was told that there was nothing she could do because the hotel was completely booked - even though it was clearly NOT completely booked.
Breakfast was the best we've had for the free continental breakfasts out of all the hotels we've visited. And the hot tub was nice and big.
The bed was hard as a ROCK. Did not sleep well at all!
When we arrived at the hotel the air conditioning was not working. The desk clerk did the best they could, however the general manager and assistant manager sat in their offices yelling what she should say when we asked questions. Basically they
Were going to male us sleep on a roll out. They told us they got a deal for the hotel and that was suffient compensation. In the end they gave us a room with two beds. Found the assistant and general manager to be very rude. Will never book with them
The bed was comfortable.
I could hear every move that anyone made above me. It was not well-insulated for sound.
The location was OK.
Not only did the hotel charge me the going rate, which resulted in a higher charge than priceline, they charged my card twice! Very pathetic customer service.
Management and staff are extrememly difficult to work with! I would rather stay at another hotel that actually welcomes my business! It's amazing how a business like this knows nothing about customer service and could care less whether they have your business. Go to a hotel that actually appreciates you!!
This hotel is new so everything was fresh and clean--fresh baked cookies were great! The bad part is that the hotel is not in Madison and is not close to anything. Also, the pool with waterslide is a three foot deep pool, so no laps or general swimming. If you are hanging out in Madison and want to get away from the city then this is the hotel for you. If you are driving (I94/90 West) as we were, and want to spend the night before driving on, then find something closer to the highway because this hotel is 20 to 25 minutes away from the interstate.
We had a room + a sitting room-great! The buffet breakfast is excellent-lots of choices. We were entertaining after an event and our group of about 50 was given a special room and excellent service.
