Good location convenient to I-565. Nice, spacious, clean room with refrigerator and microwave. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom.
Vending machines and elevator not working. We could hear people in adjacent rooms. Pets are not allowed.The hotel is fairly modern (built around 2007) and is adjacent to a Cracker Barrel, Ruby Tuesdays, and a convenience store. It is close to lots of other restaurants. It is located at the I-565 Wall-Triana exit, close to Intergraph.
The location was perfect. It was directly in the center of everywhere I needed to go.
The staff was not always at the front desk.Overall the hotel was nice and I enjoyed my stay.
It was too loud. We could hear the people across the hall from us. The coffee pot was dirty. It had the previous guest coffee filter and coffee in the pot. Also, only two decafinated coffees were in the room. We only drink caffeinated.
Stale breakfast. Bread was hard as a rock and sausage was re used everyday until it sriveld.
Decent hotel. Next door to Cracker Barrel.
Internet didn't work very well. Slow while connected or would disconnect constantly.
Staff was unfriendly and not accommadatingHad problem with room such leaking commode and no one at the front desk seemed concerned. Breakfast bar was unattended and just so so.

They don't have enough menu for breakfast, they need to improve on their provisions for a delicious sumptuous menu.The hotel is not too bad, for the price they are offering they need to improve, most especially value their customers. They need to improve on their quality of service. Apart from that it is not a bad place to be.

NoIf we were to go back to Madison, we would definitely stay at the Baymont inn again.
