Car parking a bit expensive. Would have been nice if it had been included in the total price. Would have preferred a buffet dinner
Very comfortable room and beds.
The location is good (near to the train station Puerta de Atocha), and fair breakfast.
We've asked with enough time to have a baby cot in the room (ignored - not a single answer), when we arrived they give us a double room (we've booked a triple room). They made the change but ...
the location of the hotel is so good. It's very close the Atocha metro station . The room and bathroom were clean and large.
The room was a little bit darky , there is no wiev interesting from the room
Noisy neighbours, strange smell.
The room was comfortable and spacey, the bathroom as well. Small sofa and chairs included. No problem with cleanliness, also the restaurant where breakfast was given was big and nice, breakfast ...
Only the window of my room was to a busy street, so opening it was senseless. And I did not reveal any ventilation in the room and bathroom though the air in the room was fine.
every things were good, and quite and clean
the bed was small
Location is brilliant. At the end of the A3 motorway, close to the Retiro, the Prado, not far from the shops and close to our relatives. Room was well-designed and pretty quiet for a city centre.
The breakfast is very expensive. Two cooked breakfasts would have cost us about £48.00 a day, so we had coffee and tostados at the local café for £4.00 instead.
Easy to find. Location was fine, close to big stations and metro/bus. We asked for a room facing away from the street and at high numberede floor, and we got a nice room on 5th floot away from the...
The safety box in the room cost 2 euros pr. Day. It should be free. The cleaning staff made a lot of noise at 7 o'clock in the morning. It is ok to start early, but no need to slam the doors!
Central and near station. Good internet. Breakfast OK.
