everything about pick up.. Car was scheduled to be picked up by 8 am....they don't opent till 9 am...they had no cars to rent. i was sent to danbury, an hour away. The Danbury office did not honor planned expenses. Would never use Hertz agaiin. They have become incompetent robbers.10.0 Wonderful

the customer service rep at the Mohegan Lake location is fantastic. i've rented both Uhaul and Hertz from him, and he has been great every time.7.2 Good

The return sits is unussual since it is a UHAUL site which is not open to lafe and not easy to find since it moved with construntionEnterprise Rent-A-Car
