Cons:
Avis in Malmö was closed at the time of my arrival at 13:25, so I didn't get my car, and had to organise my travelling in other ways. My rental agreement was from 13:00 on Saturday until 12:00 on Monday, which in my opinion means that I have a car from 13:00 onward, not before that time, implying that I should pick it up not earlier than 13:00. But the office closes at 13:00, and when I called the phone number on the closed door, the automated reply told me to contact Avis by email... I tried to call Avis before my plane left Helsinki, when the office is still open, but I only got a message telling me that all agents were busy. This was definitely the last time I use the combination KAYAK/Avis.8.0 Very good
