They overbooked so I he to go to mother location. Room did not have was clothes. No ice buckets gran and go breakfast not appetizing. Had to wait for them to bring coffee out.
It was clean and provided the amenities I expected.
They did not have the general things in the room. I had to ask for things like extra toilet paper and wash clothes.
The staff was excellent.
I like that the conveniences of able to cook. The room had a kitchenette.
We had to request for the kitchen supplies in order to cook.
It was fairly clean and at a good location
I didnt have any wash cloths in my room. There was always the smell of smoke even though the hotelnwas non smoking
The staff was wonderful
My non smoking room smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes inside. The bathroom wasn't very clean, and there was a dog barking in the room next door.
We accidently found a roach in our first room. They upgraded us roons but it still makes you worry. Then just the detail of cleanliness. the fold out couch had a lot of crumbs and just little things like that.
Very accomadating. Staff was excellent and responded to our needs.
The hotel was better than I expected for the star rating. The staff were all kind and helpful. I saw a couple of dogs, but don't know if that was in my hotel or the one next door.
EVERYTHING, IT IS HONESTLY THE BEST OF THE 2 EXTENDED STAYS IN THE AREA JUST NOT AS AFFORDABLE BECAUSE I HAVE TO STAY EVERY WEEKEND FOR WORK!
THEY NEED A BETTER GRAB AND GO BREAKFAST...LIKE PERHAPS GET SOME FOOD VENDING?
Location. Convenient to Great Valley and KOP
Room smelled of smoke and the AC didn't work. When I pointed it out to staff to get a room change, they told me there was nothing they could do to help. Very poor customer service.
Stove worked well and utensils were plentiful large refrigerator and self laundry service available. Technical support for Internet was readily available and staff very eager to make our stay comfortable
Telephone worked intermittently and WiFi service difficult to use. Bathroom light worked at times.Dogs left unattended in rooms barked which was disturbing.
Everything except Front Desk Staffperson Nick Ippolito
Yes -- Mr. Ippolito would not honor my Priceline confirmed Check-Out time of 12:00pm, insisting my printed Priceline confirmation meant nothing and notifying that I would be charged an extra $25/hour for every hour I stayed after 11:00am.
Location was good
Did not receive room I selected with Priceline
The front desk clerk named Stephanie was very nice.
Yes, read the review.
Clean and quick check in
Clean, comfortable hotel. Ideal for a week or two. Has all the needed utilities likes plates, cups, fridge, cooking range, microwave etc that make the stay very convenient and cost effective. Also it is very close to a Wegmans.
Not really. For the price and objective of an inexpensive room - this is perfect.
Smell, body oder / cigarette smoke, and noise ( traffic and other guest).
We were disappointed in this property. We booked a 'suite' and got a quite large room with a well-furnished kitchen, a sofa with rips in the upholstery, bedsheets that were threadbare and did not fit all the way around the mattress, so we awoke in the morning with the sheets bunched up and partially off the mattress. The sink faucet leaked (got it fixed promptly), and a toilet seat that was loose and tended to slip aside. Was not aware there was no housekeeping service and no toiletries. We would have moved if we hadn't prepaid and were liable for cancellation penalties. Good location right near a Hy.202 on-ramp, yet not noisy. No free breakfast on Sat. and Sun. No free coffee packs for the coffee maker.A rather chinzy motel. Will not return.
I made this reservation for the Thanksgiving weekend at this hotel because our usual hotel was booked. I thought it was a pretty good deal since it was $7 cheaper than our usual too! Boy was I wrong! The rooms smelled like they havent cleaned in months! And to top it off they looked dirty! The bed was VERY uncomfortable and I itched ALL night! The sofa bed was nasty dirty! I didnt want my kids near it! To top it off they have bugs! I say they were roaches but the manager said they werent. Regardless that is NASTY! The manager even admitted that they have a bug problem and have Orkin there every month, and still cant get rid of them! We left the very next day! Thankfully our usual hotel had a cancellation and we were able to go there. Dont waste your money for this place it is NOT worth the aggravation.
