Top medical facilities and growing medical tourism district as well as shopping and dining options. Early departure:if a hotel guest departs from the hotel prior to reservation departure date for a non-emergency reason ( as determined at the sole discretion of hyatt ). the client and hotel guest shall remain jointly liable for payment for the entire stay. Hyatt will not refund any portion of the room rate and will settle the full amount with the client. Wholesaler shall inform clients of such policy prior to client's purchase.

Pros:la habitacion estaba limpia. Tenian la conina 24hr open Empleados eran hamable
Cons:Cundo hise la reservación por KAYAK, no llego al hotel en el sistema del hotel, después todo se arreglo perro al siguiente dia me estaban tocando la puerta para porque ya era hora de hacer el check out y todavía me faltaban dos noche mas por irme. Al parecer el manager de la noche anterior no arreglo muy bien el problema de la reservación ni tampoco dejo ninguna comunicación sobre la situación para la próxima manager. En pocas palabras como Grupo de gerentes o empleados tienen q saber comunicase, y si necesitan ayuda preguntarle a su superior para q termine el trabajo y no dejarlo a media.
Pros:Facilities were clean, staff was very helpful - specially David @ front desk.. Great location. Free parking, WiFi and breakfast.
Cons:My room a/c did not work properly. The room never cool down.. very uncomfortable to sleep in a warm room.

Pros:I love the localization. You have shopping mall near the area and few stores in front of the hotel.

Cons:I went to buy wine to the bar and had to wait a long time, there wasn't anybody there. They didn't have white wine cold, so I had to wait a long time for them to brig it from storage. At breakfast, there was not butter and no one to bring it to you. The orange juice ran out and the same happened. There was no staff around to bring more. Awful service!!!!
Pros:Everything you need and a little more for a very comfortable stay. Definitely worth every penny.
