Breakfast was great
we got in late to our hotel (2 double beds) and found a room with - double and a twin (we have 3 small children); we woke up to discover ants all over the room- we had seen a couple before going to bed, but when we woke up they were on the beds, bags etc
Hotel staff was extremely nice. Location was great. Breakfast was good. Overall good experience.
Pillows and bed were on the cheap side, but not uncomfortable. Bathtub didn't drain properly. Heat could not be adjusted properly.
Very clean, comfortable beds, and great breakfast
Conveniently located next to interstate and the pool/hot tub.
Nice pool and hot tub indoors. Very good breakfast.
Very nice experience. Staff was very pleasant. Designated staff person was very attentive to the breakfast area keeping tables clean and food area stocked.
Clean, friendly and easy to find, pool and breakfast was great. Easy to work with when an extra night was added, because of weather!
A beautiful hotel, big super clean rooms, and a great breakfest selection. deffenitly a hotel id go back to if im ever in the manchester area again!:)
The room was clean and looked renovated to a point- except the toilet- even the seat looked like it had some sort of spray coating that was peeling off.
Very friendly staff, surprising hot breakfast and very clean hotel.
The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. The breakfast is super good with variety of choices. It is not just simple continental but hot and rich breakfast, where you will normally pay for $15-20/p.p. at a four-star hotel. You can't believe it is free
Nothing at all
Newer, clean, and attractive, quiet, but convenient to I 24. Bargain price. Pleasant staff and typical hotel breakfast.
Weak coffee. ;-)
The hotel and room were clean and quiet.
Hotel is under renovations But, that does not mean hotel was not lacking in any area. Rooms were SUPER nice from my view point NEW!! The staff was willing to help out in any way they could. Would refer anyone to this hotel... Soon it will be just like a new hotel.
Larger room than expected with very comfortable beds and linens. I didn't expect this from an ''express'' hotel. Contintental breakfast was quite good in its selections. Staff was excellent in terms of friendliness and helpfullness (e.g. printed boarding passes for us while we were out). One evening a reunion group staying at the hotel was making more noise than comfortable, but after a call to the front desk the staff had the noisy group quiet within 10 minutes (nice job guys!).
It was fairly clean except the carpet was worn in some places but the beds were painfully hard. I could have slept on the floor and been better off. They made my back cramp so a good nights sleep was impossible. Although I'm not normally one to complain, I expect to get what I pay for. I chose this hotel because it was the priciest in this location thus I thought the rooms would be the most comfortable. However, I have stayed in considerably more comfortable rooms for half the price of this one. Don't waste your money. Also, the continental breakfast means bread and sugar.
