Friendly and helpful staff, good location, quiet and restful (although in-season may be noisier?)
Rooms were a little 'tired', furnishing was comfortable but old, hot water was erratic
Very good location and quaint setting in small square. I have stayed here before and would go back again. It's not your Ibis or Mecure, it's small personable and has character, also great location for La Napoule.
Nice terrace overlooking square below. Room 11.
Very nicely located and good transport into cannes
Easy access to beach, village and trains - you do not need a car !!!!
There was a very relaxed atmosphere, and all sorts of facilities were accessible from this extremely well-placed hotel
Handy location for the attractions of La Napoule such as the Castle, beaches and marina. Room was basic, but good value for the cost of a night. Staff friendly and helpful.
Excellent staff, very friendly and easy-going. Location location location (5minutes to the cute beaches - 10 minutes max by car to Cannes - right next to the train station, so cannes is still close even without a car); Free Parkings very closeby (use the one near the bridge, not the close one .. got a ticket) - Excellent value for money considering the location and season - just loved the little square in front with nice restaurants. - Facilities (post, bakery, shops .. ) very nearby. The hotel wasn't "waw" to be honest, but it made up by the prices vs the location. If you don't plan on staying much in the room, go for this one for sure. Get one of the rooms in the front, they are way bigger and have a balcony looking over the square
These are small things but nevertheless. Cute flat screen tv was great, but there were only 5 or 6 channels available, all French. The rooms could use a little refurbishing, but I believe that it would take away the charm of this hotel. So basically, nothing bad but don't expect too much. This isn't an NH or other "chain" hotel. France doesn't stop at the hotel door, which I loved !!
The answer to most of your requests is Yes.This may be combined with a relaxed attitude but the owner will go out of his way to help in every way.
Close to railway station.
Air-conditioning was noisy.
loved the location, in a charming little square. We had a balcony and felt we were part of the village life. It was also very close to the station
There was no lift so the stairs were a bit of a problem. Otherwise no
