The customer service during pickup and drop off was excellent.Cons:
The car’s exterior was damaged, cruise control didn’t work, and the AUX plug didn’t work. Once the car was returned, they charged me an additional $100. When I called customer service, they couldn’t justify the additional charge and provided a refund. It seemed deceptive.2.0 Poor

The weather was turning bad. Thunderstorms rolling in. However, the Budget representative was there and got me into my car and on the way quickly.Cons:
I picked my car up at 11am. I was a little early, instead of the noon scheduled pick up. The Budget representative said the weather was bad, so he figured no one would be there and he was about to leave. If I had got there at the scheduled time, would I have found the office closed prematurely? I'll never know, but I'm sure glad we got there early! The final price was 50% more than the booked price. That was a nasty surprise which will have me looking elsewhere next time.10.0 Wonderful

Dropping off, the clerk was much nicer. The car was clean.Cons:
The clerk at pick-up was rude and Did not explain to me what I needed to sign. He asked me questions irrelevant to my renting a car. I felt interrogated. I had trouble starting the car and his help was dismal at best. I paid for an intermediate size car and was given a compact vehicle.8.0 Very good

Agent was helpful and helped out with a aurplus charge that the airport added without my consent. There is a $13 fee if you return the car with less than 70 miles between pick up and drop off, so look for that.Avis

Failed to inform me untill 2 hours before i was suppose to pick up that if i used my debit to rent the car i had to ha e a credit score of 650 or above. Been trying to get my money back from insurance and no response from kayak and when i follow the instructions to get help it sends ne to priceline who says its kayaks problem im pissed and i want my money back that i was conned out of by your companies false informationGREEN MOTION

Everything we booked on the internet was found to be false when we physically showed up to get the car. The car itself. the cost. drop off time. etc... Staff was not helpful at all and then when we accidentally left an important object in the car, I showed up the following morning to try to recovery my property and the gentleman there was extremely difficult in helping me to find the car. He was insistent it had already been rented. i begged then insisted we just take a look in the back to see if it was there.
