place had good ambience .
some of the staff were not as helpful as other similar hotels in area
I liked the pool view I liked the dinning facilities and breakfast Like the lounge and casino I like the security staff was king and helpful and understanding
The children running the streets and dirty begging
Courteous staff who are always ready to attend to your needs with a big smile. Great location to reach different points in Metro Manila if you hate traffic. It's a great deal for the money. You can't beat the variety of excellent Chinese food offerings at Li Li. The Market Place Restaurant has the most extensive menu for brunch from Pilipino, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, European or continental fare.
Non that I could think off.
No, I don't like it.
It was a little bit old and looks a bit dirty for vacation.
Staff at check-in and at the Market cafe not highly professional, making mistake in billing on breakfast.
the location and casino are what makes this hotel interesting to me.
booking took ages to come through. Prices are exaggerated during peaks.
