The hotel has a very nice restuarant in the lobby with a quality menu and fair prices.
The hotel did not have free wifi which is so annoying.
Food was expensive
It had a great pool and hot tub area. Very clean room.
No free breakfast or coupon for restaurant.
Great location. Staff very helpful. Restaurant and bar in same facility.
The location was nice for where we needed to be in town and the breakfast was nice.
they were not prepared for us and asked us to come back and when we did our room was still not ready. Made us rush for a wedding.
Cleanliness, overall appearance.
Location is not great.
The room was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The $3.99 small breakfast was perfect for my husband and me. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
parking in the ramp was a bit confusing because hotel parking didn't start until the 3rd level and was nearly full.
very helpful and friendly staff. great size bed and great view! will totally stay there again! :)
for it being a Hilton, I was supprised that they didn't offer breakfest. the pool was cold for being a heated pool and was a little on the small side but we still enjoyed it.
I stayed here for a weekend but it happened to be the weekend of a billiards tournament at the adjoining Verizon Wireless Center. The hotel was extremely smoky (again could have been due to the high capacity of people for the tournament). It was also loud with people partying. On Friday night I could hear a group of guys partying until 3 am which was a bit much. The decor is great, it's clean & service was good. I think I just caught them at a bad time. But do keep in mind that this is not a smoke free hotel.
WE ENJOYED A WONDERFUL STAY. VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY STAFF, OLIVES IS A GREAT RESTAURANT, A SURPRISE FOR US. WE DID NOT EXPECT IT IN MANKATO! VERY NICE SURPRISE! THE BEDS ARE AWESOME TOO! WHAT MORE CAN WE SAY, GREAT BEDS, GREAT FOOD, GREAT BAR, VERY CLEAN!!! WILL STAY AGAIN. I WISH WE WERE ALWAYS THIS SATISFIED AT HOTELS WE STAY IN. TC
i am from mankato, but moved away and was back in town to reunite with old friends. my husband and i stayed at the hilton knowing that the location was great and that it had been built very recently. we were excpecting a lot more from a hilton, because we've stayed in many other hilton hotels in many different areas. we were dissapointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. the door on the inside of the bathroom had scummy, slimy stuff all over it. the floors in the whole building were not as clean as someone would expect for a hilton. the elevators were very slow, too warm, and dirty. we didn't have time to swim in the pool, but it is THE tiniest pool i've ever seen in a hotel before. we talked with a man who was in the elevator with us right after he was finished with the hot tub and he said it wasn't even worth going into because of how unclean it was. we've been to 'olives', the restaurant attached to the hotel, before and were just as happy with it as we had been. the service is great and they have a unique menu. i'll be back again, hoping that things are cleaned up better.
Had a wonderfull time.... lots and lots to do
