The hotel was great. Clean, fairly up to date, friendly staff, blah blah blah, your typical midrange hotel.
The parking lot (under the hotel) was full and not very big so I'm guessing it's always full. We had to park in the ramp next door which was ok because it was still covered parking, but created quite a bit of walking and 2 different elevators. Overall a nice place to stay.
Comfortable bed with clean bathroom. Great staff. Breakfast was above average.
Hallway ceilings could be replaced. They looked outdated and dingy.
Was nice being right downtown, within walking distance to bars and restaurants. Parking was very convenient.
The air in the room didn't work. Couldn't get the tv to turn on along with a lamp in our room. Would have liked it if the front desk person would have acted like they cared a little more about the issue because it was uncomfortably warm in the room.
Location, pool, and hot tub were good. Bed was comfortable.
Room was extremely hot the first night, thermostat was not working. Also the tv would turn on by itself all night after being off for 10 minutes. We did not sleep at all. When we told the managers they told us they would come see what they could do or switch rooms. We were only offered a $20 dicount for our troubles. Seemed pretty light for $100 + room a night.
Employees were very pleasant
This hotel is so underutilized that proper maintenance can no longer be afforded and expected features are not available. This is not a three star hotel! Imagine your towels being three shades of off-white ... or ... more aptly described as three shades of grey and three degrees of worn out! It could be half the price and still not worth it. Breakfast included lukewarm and hours old eggs. Disgusting!
Great location & Comfortable stay.
Good location to the University
The Wi-Fi did not work and front desk was not helpful and we could hear the people in pool during all the pool hours.
