I loved the rooms!! Very modern, crisp and clean!!!
The showers could be updated to all tile, but I do get the need for a bath in the rooms for small children or pregnant women.
It was amazing! Very big and open.
The turn around to get into the hotel.
The room was nice and comfortable. It was quiet so it felt like being away from the city.
The rooms were clean, spacious & the beds & pillows were very comfortable! Plus the young lady(from (new London)checking us in was very friendly & inviting!!
The only thing we didn't like was the fact that there wasnt a continental breakfast. Otherwise would of been the perfect stay!
Room, staff, cleanliness, decor
The fact that in the lobby, there was no free coffee, anything, other then water. I think their guests would love a little touch like free coffee and or rolls in the lobby.
Parking. Since I stayed in two different hotels and had different views. Last hotel price of Econolodge was over priced.
It was just ok.
Staff, cleanliness of the hotel, room was fantastic!
No free coffee, rolls, anything in lobby other then water.
The hotel was very quiet and the staff extremely helpful and friendly
The way the bed was turned sideways made it very difficult to get in and out of the bed next to the wall.
From the moment we entered the lobby we were greeted with a smile. The front desk staff went above and beyond meeting our needs! We forgot our pack and play so they brought one to our room. They were upbeat with a great sense of humor and genuine kindness
Spacious bathrooms: Lots of towels, very clean. Comfy beds: Fresh bedding, one of the most comfortable hotel mattresses I've ever experienced. Hotel Staff: 4 out of the 5 of hotel staff we spoke two on our three day stay were very polite and helpful.
Balcony: A little scary if you stay with children. Ask for a room without a balcony if this scares you too. Pool: Pool was very clean, they played music on the PA system, but kids complained it was too plain.
I liked the ease of getting on and off the interstate. Well laid out - quiet room.Nice public space.
Thought front desk staff seemed pre-occupied. Had booked on-line and when asked about bed preference, I was told since I booked on-line I had no options. Felt like didn't want me to book on-line. If that is the case, don't offer on-line.
Had to move rooms within 10 minutes on check in at 4pm..very loud ,drunk party next room over..total bad start to a weekend, way overpriced bar!! $14 bulldogs,,5.50 for a bottle of bud..received 2 cheesey breakfast vouchers..but was closed at 9 am mon!
We couldn't get a different room besides the king room the hotel was not able in their system to change the rooms that was very disappointing priceline needs to do a better job
This is my favorite hotel in Maple Grove. We stopped here one day by chance to get a room and love this place. Very clean and new. Rooms are very modern, clean and up to date. The pool and outdoor hot tub are nice as well. Also a very good breakfast. I will always stay here while in Maple Grove. Highly recommend. Also close to shopping and to many restaurants.
The room was quiet with a nice view. The room was very spacious. I think they could offer a free breakfast. Nice shopping district close by. Was tricky getting back onto the highway.
wonderul hotel, friendly staff, VERY CLEAN
Travel with tour from Phoenix area. Was to have had ajoining rooms. Several had no rooms asigned including travel companion. Tried to put her on second floor with me. She is not able to climb steps. No help from either hotel or guide. Went to office after lady did not return for sometime (10-15 mi) Got my friend settled and went to my room which was far away and found the room inhabitable. No lights at door, tried the lights over the bed and stepped on glass from the light fixture by the bed. Good think I was wearing shoes at the time. Then preceed to use the bathroom and got my bottom pinched by a seat that was loose on one side and almost on the other. Got bad bruise from this. Should be called the Worst Western. I did get the room changed to one that was habitable. Would definately not stay there again.
