Communication would have been better. The location I was picking up the car starting closing on weekends for covid. No one notified me, so I paid for. $20 Uber to show up to a closed business. Hertz shouldn’t had the common sense to call people who booked weekend pickups and reschedule them. Ridiculous2.0 Poor

Cons:
Car was dirty inside and out. Bird droppings on the outside, soda cans in the back seat and it was recently smoked in. The pick up process was horrendous. The car was not there and it took over an hour to get it delivered from another location.Thrifty
