Location and staffing
Breakfast choices.... and condiments. No butter for toast or bagels
was clean & comfortable
no elevator to 2nd floor
The hotel is very quiet and the beds are comfortable.
I would have liked something more for a breakfast than what was offered.
The rooms are updated and clean. The continental breakfast is good.
close to everything
no elevator and we were in room 317, there were NO OTHER cars in the lot! We could have been on the 1st floor
Clean room, great staff. My daughter left a toy there by accident and they kept it aside for us!
the stay was very pleasent, nic ehotel
The bed sheets were not clean and smelled.
Room was spacious
Breakfast was just muffins and coffee and juice
Wish it would have had a micro wave and a refrigerator in the room or wish you could have one in the room w/o the additional fee.
Friendly, helpful staffno
Nearly impossible to find while driving at night; no breakfast, only $3 coupons for the neighboring McDonalds; on the 3rd floor, no elevator
THE BEDS ARE THE WORST. I FOUND BUGS AND FELT SPRINGS IN THE MATTRESS. RESTROOM WAS NOT CLEAN. I LEFTTHE HOTEL AT 10:30 PM, COULD NOT STAND IT ANY LONGER. HOTEL NEED UPDATED BADLY
The staff really did a good job of cleaning. Room was very nice and they did a great cleaning job on the second day of our stay.
The price, easy check in and out, location
Low cost, decent hotel
We were out of the room about 8:45 am after the first night, but apparently that was too late for the cleaning staff. Room was not made up and we returned late evening and had to go ask for towels etc. Hotel wasn't even busy.
The clerk was rude, said I had already arrived and got the room, obviously I hadn't. Then she miraculously found the paperwork from Priceline, especially since I got 2 rooms and the paperwork was there for my co-worker. I use Priceline all the time and
bed was comfy, clean room, quiet, very nice staff.
Would be nice if had a microwave and fridge but got along with out it.
