Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful
Great location, clean room and bath and very quiet!
The breakfast was really lacking. Had a lot of choices but the food was not that good.
Location, staff, bkfst
Hotel seemed a bit frayedpool was not heated....thus too cold to swim in....unusable (i swam 3 laps and it took all i had to stay in the water that long
Friendly staff, great riv're view.
Staff was friendly &very helpful.the way the drug & microwave were in a great space saving place. Could have used more towels
I Love the Location! The housekeeping and kitchen staff were enough to write home about with great recommendation.
I did not like the fact that I couldn't use my rewards card. I've never had this problem. I chose your hotel for a reason w/o receiving acknowledgement for wanting to stay there leaves little to be desired.
I found my room to be very clean, quiet, and had all amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It appeared to have been remodeled recently, and faced the parking lot.
I can't think of any negatives except having to share a parking lot with a restaurant next door. The guest computer and printer was functional, but needs an upgrade
There was a nice feel upon walking in, but the view of my lake took my breath away. I really appeciated there being fresh coffee and tea available around the clock. Most of my travel is done for business (monthly), but this trip was for pleasure and I relished being able to sit in the lobby area reading my book with a view of the lake. There is a nice restaurant directly next door which was convenient. The rest of the stay was pleasant enough, but didn't jump out as spectacular. There were also no pain points. It was comfortable.
I recently stayed in early August 2008, and everything was a great experience. Great view of Lake Marble Falls, Planning to return next year or sooner.
This Hampton Inn is all you'd expect from the chain - good value, friendly staff, clean room. They have yet to upgrade the TVs in the room; small with mediocre quality. Front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location is terrific - right on the lake. Half of the hotel has lakeside views. However, this may be one instance when you'll want to request a NON-lakeside view. The hotel sits next to a bar with an outside patio and bandstand. If you are a light sleeper, the band will likely keep you awake. Either use earplugs or request a non-lake view on the west end of the building, which will put you as far away as possible from the booming bass. Location is excellent. Just a few blocks from historic downtown and right across the street from Blue Bonnet Cafe. Hotel has a decent complementary breakfast.
Great place for the Fireworks on the 4th! Very clean rooms and plenty of places to eat nearby. Since our last visit the bedding is all new and the pool had a nice canopy added. The breakfast is great with many seletions and trays provided to take it back to your room. We'll be back!
We stayed at the Hampton Inn for 2 nights and it was wonderful. The staff is warm and welcoming, just like family. The rooms are so clean and the beds were to die for.
