Pros:
The folks at my local Enterprise took great care of me. I had rented a car too small for my need and they worked out a good price for me on a larger car. They were fast, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended!Cons:

Hertz staff were rude, not cooperative and failed to resolve a booking issue.Cons:
The reservation was made under a search for a car rental at the New Orleans airport. The reservation process steered me to a Hertz in Harvey, Louisiana several miles from the airport. That location was closed by the time I arrived in New Orleans. Hertz at the airport refused to honor it.4.8 Mediocre

The pick up location had no sign indicating that it was a Hertz location. We drove around and around and finally stopped at a car dealership to ask where it was. It was IN the dealership. We were supposed to pick up at noon. The one and only employee was at lunch until 1pm. When he got there, he informed us that the car we reserved wouldn't be there until 3pm. We ended up getting charged for an upgrade but he gave us a few discounts to help cover the extra cost. He said that when you book a car through Kayak, you aren't guaranteed to get what you reserved. I will never rent a car from Hertz again.2.0 Poor

Cons:
Had to clean the inside of the car myself after I picked it up. The car smelled so bad I had to buy an air freshener. There was melted chocolate in one of the cup holders.
