The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The check-in check-out process was fast and pain-less, surprisingly easy especially considering our current circumstances.Cons:
Just one trivial detail could have been better, the car itself could have been equipped with more usb charging ports. Also, I wish I had inquired about the ezpass before our road trip.10.0 Wonderful

I wish I was aware that they only had a van available but that's sort of my fault too for not asking ahead of time. Everything else was great.. great experience. Way better then when I have to rent from Budget in Wareham, they are terrible.Hertz

I personally located a vehicle at the Plymouth location by calling there. They were able to honor my reservation and were helpful. The whole experience took us Several hours out of our way and was a complete inconvenience.Cons:
Kayak should reconsider using hurts at this handover location. It is understaffed, staff is unqualified and there are no processes in place for improving customer services. Basically, The situation was there are no cars we can’t help you I have no way to get you one so forget it.8.4 Very good

Pickup and dropoff were SO easy! One of the most effortless I've experienced. If you want extra options, like the personal liability insurance, you have to ask, though. They don't upsell you like some other places.Cons:

The car I was given was dirty and needed a wash badly. The inside also had a smell. I was offered a different car that had a strong smoke smell, two bad options. It took an hour to pickup my reserved car.10.0 Wonderful

I had hoped to never drive a mini van again (been there, done that, I have 3 teens), but the mini van that we rented for our trip was GREAT! The people in the hertz store were wonderful! I had rented and paid ahead online, so I simply showed up, signed my name, and drove away. I will absolutely use them for our next trip.Avis
