The location is fantastic, lot of eating and shopping places with walking distance. The hotel is surrounded by nice homes.
The lobby, the stairway and the dining areas were dirty. The carpet in the rooms, hallway, dining , and stairs are long due for replacements.
Great location to go to CD&ME in Frankfort.Price was wonderful
The fact that you can bring your pets at no extra charge!!
Carpets in room need a clean.
Location and breakfast was good. Overall no issues that really concerned me at all.
Some kind of smell in corridors and elevator. Gym was non functional
NOthing, Also the furniture was old the hallways were dark. the door didn't close all the way. Man this place sucked.
The top sheet had a stain and except of bringing a brand new sheet she brought a bottle of cleaner and when she saw the long strip of yellow stain she said ' oh that's it'. I dont know what she feels is clean but it was not worth the pay.
Room was filthy. Hallways were dingy
They will Charge extra for Microwave and Refrigerator
Fast Internet, very Good Download speed.
As a returning guest, (2 or 3 times per year), I was pleased to note that some staff recognized me. Small talk, and caring attitude gave it a homey yet professional feeling.
Price was great
A little away from where I was working.
It exceeded my expectations for a 2 star, inexpensive hotel. Front desk- very nice. Breakfast- much more than expected. Clean.
The bathroom was dated. The tub was a pink color & the surface was scrTched up & discolored.
Proximity to my destination
It was showing it's age a bit.
some rooms have micowave and refrigerator, mine did not
The room was clean and much nicer than the public spaces. The bed was comfortable.
Friendly efficient staff
Older Hotel needing corporation approval to update
Attentive staff made sure to assign me to a room that would accommodate my needs - quiet, (no noisy dogs or children nearby) and close to elevator.
The staff when i arrived. They were very helpful
The hotel needs to remodel. The floors had stains. The tub had a screw in it that was rusted. There was an odor on the first floor and it looked like a fan was drying the floor. The elevator seemed old, as well.
It was very clean
The smell was not so great, and outside was not kept clean
The hotel room was nice and clean. Especially for a lower budget hotel. Staff was curious and nice. We had a comfortable stay.
They didn't clean our room and give fresh towels
The hotel has changed local managers recently; it is very much improved over three years ago.
The breakfast is too full of carbohydrates and too little fruit.
Proximity to our event;
Smoke smell was overpowering. Also, the night before, we called down to the front desk to ask for a late check out of 3PM. He approved. Then, while in our room the next day, we had a phone call from the front desk saying we had to check out at 1PM.
The hotel is close to malls an local attractions.
I left the hotel at 12p and passedby cleaning staff but the staff did not clean the room. I had to request fresh towls from the front desk.
The beds were comfortable.
Awful check in, awful customer service, fire alarm went off at 3am and was evacuated for 1 hour when apparently there was no fire, just malfunction with their electrical wires.
The fire alarm went off in the morning. Everyone had to come out for an hour and half. At check they said they could not do anything to compensate for the inconvenience. I feel this is not how you should treat your customers. I will never go back.
The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the room, while having a 'worn' appearance, was extremely clean and service was impeccable.
air conditioner was broken on my last night out of 3...
The Staff was Excellent!
There hot was not working..
The staff and room
We found the accommodations here to be at least average in quality. The proximity to eating, shopping, and interstate highway are excellent.
Housekeeping refused to service my room. They never cleaned my room once during the entire stay. When I asked the front desk clerk about this, there was a verbal confrontation which led to him hanging up in my face and not taking anymore calls from me. I had to wash out the bathtub myself during my stay.
The smell of the room was terrible, There were ants in the bathroom. Nightstand was not dusted. Carpet not clean, stained and wrinkled.
There where many things that could improve 1st and foremost customer care, they need more employee working the front desk you waited 15-20 min at least at the desk you would call you would get placed on hold and they would forget that you were there.
This hotel was what I expected in regards to size, layout, tv, phone, storage, etc. Their breakfast selection was way more than I expected. I came down late too and they were willing to make me something. Nice staff, friendly. Overall a very good experience.'
