Location is bad, staff is normally, room is bad.The location of this hotel is terribly bad, I dirve up a big mountain at night to find the hotel. The mountain is very hilly and the road on the mountain is extermly dangerous, which makes me toooooo scared. When I arrive there, I cannot find the hotel. There is no sign of the hotel. The food in this hotel is tooo expensive.
The staff is good. We checked in pretty late and the staff open the gate for us and help us find our room, though he didn't speak much English. The room is facing the sea, you can hear waves all the time.
It's far away from any popular tourist site. So it might be a better place for local Puerto Rico people to avoid holiday crowd.
Really calm hotel. It was clean and the staff was very attentive.Very nice property right on the beach. Great getaway to relax with your family.
The hotel was beautiful. The pool is picture perfect. The rooms are clean and cozy and they are very accmodating. They supply you with a refrigerator and a coffee maker and microwave in your room.
The only thing I would say is that you need a car once you leave the hotel to get anywhere.Overall we really enjoyed our stay. I can not say enough of how much I enjoyed it. Its cozy and pleasant. They have regular room rates and all inclusive rates which I appraciated.
The hotel was in a rural seaside community, away from the hustle and bustle of the usual tourist traps and big city traffic. The pool was extremely nice and well maintained.
The restaurant was sub-par when it came to dinner menu items. Breakfast and lunch menus were good.We wanted to get away from the usual tourist areas, and this hotel was just what we were looking for! The rate we got was in our budget, and we believe we got more than our money's worth. The room was very nice, beds were firm but comfortable. It had a microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was nice but the lavatory needed to be more firmly secured to the wall. The only issues with the room were that the air conditioner and refrigerator were very loud when running, which could make bedtime a little quieter. Maid service was there every day, no complaints there. We didn't get a chance to swim in the Infinity pool, but it was beautiful and clean. Our restaurant experi...
Good staff - front desk, restaurant, bar. The housekeeper did a good job, though on the second day forgot to give us coffee + sweetener, etc., and the third day no wash cloths. We gave her $3 (second day) + $4 (last day) as a tip, anyway. We tipped the
The gate to the beach closes at 7pm; kind of early. Totally non-smoking hotel except a small bench with 2 ashtray pots which are never cleaned... Strange location for smokers, across a path with kiddies playground...?It is located in rather non-touristy area. The hotel might resemble a motel or UK Pontins Holiday Club.In January, I would expect that only about 20% rooms are occupied, which is a great advantage. The best feature is a self-cleaning pool which is essential, as the waves, strong winds & currents of the sea make it impossible, if not dangerous to swim..The air-conditioning was noisy, so we did not turn it on, unless we had to - breeze coming from the screened in open window in the ...
