I think the only thing they might try to do is tell the customer which outside door is closest to the elevators.
Clean and beautiful décor. The staff was extremely helpful in making our requests happen. They were very friendly and extremely accommodating to us
We stayed in a 1 bedroom and it was very spacious. This room is perfect for a large family. It had a king, 2 queens and a fold out couch. The kitchenette was perfect for travelers with an infant.
Everything but especially the size
maybe the lamps could be the ones with plug outlets available or more convenient location of the room wall outlets
Much nicer hotel than I would expect for the star level; I guess it was the bugs that account for the ** level.
Bugs - big and small both alive and dead in the room and in the hall way and, I can only assume, everywhere else.
Very organized and clean
My room was cramped. . Needed more space
Breakfast was good
The room had a wet spot/stain on the ceiling that had at some point dripped on the curtains. My wife spotted a hair on one of the beds as soon as we walked in.
Breakfast was great!
Was easy to get to, clean and the room was huge!
Paid the extra money to use the pool the next morning after getting in a 4am.. Staff claimed they needed handicap stuff put in so was 'Closed' . I complained about this and their only response was, well technically your not paying for room today.
Staff very helpful.
Needed propane @ pool grill.
The rooms were great. The rooms were great and location. There was no one at front desk when we went to check out and had to wait for about 10 minutes before someone came.
Check out process no one at front desk.
Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel offers a typical continental breakfast including cereals, fruit, eggs and pastries. There are several restaurants nearby.
THIS MOTEL HAS THAT 'COOKIE CUTTER' EXTERIOR DESIGN BUT HAS CHARACTER AND COMFORT THROUGHOUT. NICE AMENITIES EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE BEDDING. WELL CARED FOR POOL AND GYM. BREAKFAST BAR AND COFFEE GOOD. LARGE SATISFYING GUESTROOMS. CERTAINLY DESIGNED AND FINISHED WITH CLASS.
The breakfast was great. The room was the best two room suite I have ever stayed in, and i have stayed in alot.. I have a family of five and this suite gave all of us a bed and the room was very large and not crouded at all.
