Excellent free breakfast! Many choices including fresh fruit. Hot tub is great! Fresh cookies set out..very kid friendly.
One of the prettiest Super 8's I've ever stayed in. Resort locations always put more effort into being 'pleasing to the eye'. Great location for long travel between northern and southern Idaho.Front desk evening staff wasn't well trained. The morning staff had a difficult time correcting the error. This caused inconvenience for me in the form of available options to pay pet fees.
Chocolate Chip Cookies
They tried to cut to many corners and it showedWe were not very pleased with this hotel. The TV was a joke. It took about 3-4 seconds for it to change one station. They must of been trying to save money that only 2 lg towels. Kinda hard when you have long hair. The blow dryer was travel size. Bummer
The bed was comfortable and the room quite adequate for our needs. The TV remote was clean; door knobs and light switches as well.
The walls are pretty thin. We could hear the TV in the adjacent rooms. The room was not pristine in cleanliness, though it was acceptable.
Price and hot tub in room, also staff was very professional and friendly
Age of facility
Easy to find
They gave us a smoking room and told us it was the only room left - no refunds as it was booked through priceline - the smell was disgusting and we arrived too late to find another hotel! Had to stay two nights in a smelly room! Not too clean either!Never again!
It was close enough to town to be handy, and far enough away to be quiet and accessable.
The hotel staff was helpful.
The bathtub was backed up and wouldn't drain. It's in sore need of up grades, everything looked dingy and out dated.Helpful staff but outdated amenities. The bathtub was clogged and wouldn't drain, hard with two little ones needing baths. The AC smelled muggy and the overall hotel needs updated. For the price, you can't really complain but there are far better places to stay in McCall for not much more money.
I made a reservation via price line and called the motel to request a nonsmoking room and they said we will do this. Upon checkin in a smoking room. They said that it was pricelines responsibility. So whose job is it? Tommy of course it stank.
