We needed to change our plans and the staff was not helpful at all.
The hotel should have been a three star AT LEAST. It did not have a pool - but who cares?I might have skipped it, if i paid attention to the 'star' rating.I joked with my cousin who stayed at the Hampton and paid $300 more for three days than I did.HA
The entry driveway off of the main road was a bit tricky, but that is not the fault of the hotel. The Hampton shared the same entry driveway
Liked the outside entrance to the room.
Room was very small and outdated. Room had a musty smell. Room was very overpriced!
Breakfast was great. I need protein at breakfast and the eggs were perfect.
Nothing was wrong. Perfect location and good sleeping.
Very clean room. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.
The room was very clean and the location was close to the areas restaurants and a movie theatre.
Clean, very nice employees had a very nice stay.
Eggs found by the dryer
The lobby was beautiful and the Hotel Employee was excellent.
Our first non smoking room had definatly been smoked in, the second room just smelled stale and in the morning there was no hot water. They did put us in a third room and we had hot water.
I was given a room that was unclean I needed several maintenance issues addressed. I left a message for the manager to call me they never did. I stayed in hotels for half the cost that were better than this one
Currently under construction and parking was horrible. Made no sense to have a construction trailer take up 4 parking spaces especially on a weekend.
Excellent and very helpful check in staff. Clean room, well equipped. Over all great experience
Having two queen size beds
There were no signs that breakfast ended at 9:00am on a Sunday. We got to the lobby at 9:05 and most of it was closed.
Very comfortable bed and pillows. Slept better than at home.
Card readers were not working on the ends of the building, so a little inconvenient.
Travis at the front desk did a great job getting all of our group checked in and couldn't of been nicer. Great job Travis
The room was so small,I can not believe it met Quality Inn standards. The comp breakfast was virtually non existent.
The hotel room was tired looking.
we arrived at 2am we had been driving allnight and were very tired it took a long time to get checked in it felt like they had not reserved our rooms even though we paid online however the room was clean qiet and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was pretty good too esp the waffles yum my husband said the oj was too thick
This motel room we had was just plain dirty! If we had to stay longer than 2 nights we would have gone elsewhere, unfortunately, there were no vacancies in the area. I will not stay at a Quality Inn again because of this experience. IT was piled with dust , even on the upholstered chair in the room... Very poor
The foam 'blanket' on the bed was so discusting that we threw it in the closet and hoped the maid would take it from our room. The front desk had no clue who we were and our reservations that were made prior to arrival by two weeks were no where in their system. For the price we paid, it was terrible.
phone was missing, room smelled bad, obvious mildew, plugs fell out of electric outlets, advertised free HBO but only one HBO channel was available. Non-smoking room with smokers next door. Key didn't work- twice. Other guests were also locked out of their rooms because the keys didn't work.\n\nThe driveway entrance is rough and on a slope- bumpy entry. The location is near a curve on a 4 lane highway making your exit a bit risky.\n\nThe so called continental breakfast was of poor quality. Few choices. The breakfast rolls were either stale or frozen/thawed.\n\nAir conditioner was noisy and thermostat had no numbers - guess the temp setting?
I stay at this hotel many times during the year. Things keep getting better and better. The reception cookies remind me of coming home to my mothers fresh baked cookies. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
I had stayed at this property before and what a change this time!! The breakfast had fresh waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and a great selection of pastries, the room had wired and wireless cable internet and new everything, they had a computer in the lobby for me to use if I didn't bring my computer. The staff was still wonderful and helpful. The free access to the heath club was a nice addition, but it was nice to have the fitness center to use for a quick workout. We will be back!!
I stayed at this motel before and after renovations and the new improved Quality Inn has grown by leaps and bounds. It's pretty basic, offers free internet which is nice for business, no pool or suites, but rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. There could be more to do in the area though if you have business or a significant other to keep you busy this hotel has more than enough to keep you happy.
Although the staff is courtious, the rooms are not ready for occupancy. The renovation is nowhere near complete. The walls have exposed door framing, my feet got absolutly black on the carpet. Cleanlyness is definitly not their top priority. The breakfast is not anywhere near Quality Inn standards. IE: no sweet rolls, no waffles and no boiled eggs. Overall the price for this room was definitly way too high for this area.
