Breakfast buffet was wholesome
Extremely poor service, It'll take 10's of calls before reception will answer the phone, if you persist they'll pickup and hangup on you. Nasty smelly bathrooms, don't think this hilton has heard the word air freshner. no pen/pad, daily 3 towels to share among four people. Wish there was option to attach pictures/video here. When booking pics showed Quad rooms with 4 full beds, however room had only 3 beds and one sofa-bed with thin mattress causing back pain to my 15 year old. If this is hilton quality service, I'll take Motel6 anyday for 10th of the cost.
Staff were very cooperative
The room was not well prepared - there was no hot when arrived then they told me that I have to switch the heater on which took around 45 n=mints to hot water and take shower. Then the basin was not working and no towels in the room - I have to call for all of that to bring!!!
The hospitality and the caring staff - The meals were very good
The hotel is just in front of the Haram. You just walk down and you are in the Haram.
Cleaning of the room was really bad. We stayed for two nights there and no body came to clean and make the room.
No day light and windows were pernantly closed..
Very Near To Holly Haram .. and Good Services
