Air conditioner was noisy and didn't work very well.
I am disabled and was provided with an accessible room upon my request. This is absolutely the best accessible room I have been in since my injury. It was very clear that the room was designed for accessibility from day one including the roll-in shower.
Great and friendly staff. Clean and great breakfast.
My stay was only for a few day.
Decor, pool, snacks and breakfast.
The entire pool area needs cleaned, there is a black 'bathtub ring' around the pool and there was several wads of hair in the bottom of the pool. The pool deck needs cleaned also. The hair dryer in the room shorted out and sparked, gave me quite a scare.
Room size, amenities, heated pool.
Your photo online did not match the Tha the was sold to us. The staff was kind enough to extend to us a complemental upgrade to the room I thought I had reserved.
Close to ouletstors
I bought suite but it wasn't
The staff went out of their way to ensure that we had a pleasant stay.
We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions, however with this trip one of the beds was broken which made for a very bad night sleep. Also, the bathroom had mould issues with the floor tiles and the door also required some TLC.
The suite was very nice. The in suite jetted tub was a bit tricky, there was an issue with the hot water maintanence came promptly and it was resolved quickly.
The fitness center only had a stationary bike, a stepper and a treadmill that were a bit rickety.
Clean, comfortable and friendly. The had hot drinks and popcorn in the evening for free.
was a typical holiday inn,Great loc.for shopping
Great hotel for value and amazingly friendly staff.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They answered all our questions we had about the area we were visiting.
I did not like the beds. They were hard and did not fit the box springs underneath. The box springs stuck out a good two inches or more from the mattress. Also, the hot tub was extremely hot. We could not enjoy it.
Closeness to the Premium Outlet mall. Clean, spacious room.
AC had fan low/high/off, and could not be auto-regulated.. (i.e. originally had it set at low/cool... but since the fan was blowing non-stop, at some point at night I woke up to switch to low/warm).
If you're in town for shopping, the location is perfect. It took us two minutes to get to the Grove City Outlets across the street. Plus, the amenities are top notch. The fitness center, pool, hot tub, breakfast, etc. were perfect.
I was surprised to not find any tissues or an ice bucket in our room. That was a first. I'm sure it was an oversight and the front desk would have provided both.
The staff was helpful but the room hallway and elevator were not the cleanest . Also the reason I chose this hotel was because on your site it said it had a sauna which it does not . Very disappointed. Also the pillows were horrible.
The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were too fluffy! I usuakky sleep with a memory foam pillow that provides more neck support.
Stopped for a night on the last leg of a trip to Hershey. Hotel did not look like a typical Holiday Inn Express; very nice but didn't feel as family-friendly as I'm used to. I think my two-year-old niece might have been the only child staying there that night. Of course, this meant an empty swimming pool! The water was very cold, but the hot tub made up for that. Something I really missed were automatic doors to the lobby. There are two sets of doors coming in, and it took me quite a bit of effort to lug everything in while battling the doors. The outlet mall is very close just down the street. Professional desk staff but a bit chilly.
Rooms clean but shower faucet leaked, tiny REFRIG, no microwave, no bathroom heat lamp. Standard HIE Breakfast but the cheese egg omelets were slightly overcooked (browned) but edible. All in all, OK, and I'd stay here again but not quite up to my expectations for an HIE. Our kids loved the indoor pool.
Staff are courteous and attentive. Hotel lobby, hallways and room are clean.
We live locally and wanted a get away weekend with the kids to swim and be lazy. The pillows, bedding and mattrace were wonderful. So comfy - could have slept longer. Fridge in room was nice. Would have liked micro too.
