The hotel was not hard to find by car and was in a great location for exploring the sights of Merida. The hotel has its own garage next door which was very convenient.
Breakfast and parking were extra and were a bit expensive but that is typical of most Spanish hotels.
Center of roman ruins. Helpful pleasant staff secure parking quiet inexpensive.
Swiming pool Breakfast
Spa was closed
Very good location with parking on site albeit at a charge of Eur 10 per day.
Machine coffee and rubbery cheese for breakfast. Shower head did not allow water to spray on the body.
Fabulous location for all of the Roman Sites, shops and square.
Extremely poor breakfast - most expensive hotel of four on this trip and by far the worst rooms and breakfast. Also no English TV news (or other channel).
Great location. The triple room fit us perfectly this trip.
If the staff spoke a bit more English, it would help us a bit more
Very dificult to park in the area and very expensive the hotel parking.
Fairly close to all attractions
Staff were excellent and most helpful. Restaurant was very good.
Bathroom was poor as hot water took ages to come through. Breakfast poor and didn't start till 8am, which was not very good for our party.
All expectations met from Hotel, Booking.com, however, acquired a price double that which I got from the hotel as an unannounced walk up for the night prior to the Booking.com reservation Not pleased ...
