Absolutely everything. The 'smoke free' room had a aroma of stale smokers lounge. Stains all over the carpet, Comforters, and walls. Cleanliness did not come in the package. I checked out immediately and went over to the marriot.Filthy.
The Staff Person Mona Was Very Helpful And That Was It!
The Cleanliness Of The Hotel Was Honestly Very Bad For Any Amount Of Money. The Pictures Of The Room Are Totally Different Than What You Really Get!The Hotel In Itself Would Be A Decent Stay If They Cleaned The Rooms Better. Upon Arrival The Room Was VERY Small Than Advertised And Smelled Of Mildew So I Was Given Another Room. So Me And My Fiance Moved Our Belongings To The New Room Which Was Alot Better In Size (KING) And We Left To Go Meet His Family. When We Got Back That Nite The Bathroom Was Horrible. There was Hair On The Floor And The Toilet Had Not Been Cleaned And The Shower Curtain... OMG... It Was Not Changed Til The Night Before Checkout Dispite The Fact That Staff Was Made Aware. The BEST Thing About This Hotel Was 'Mona' Who Took Money Off My Room Because We Had No Room Service For 3 Days And The Sheets... No Comment... I Came To This Hotel Based On What Was Advertised, And The ...
In room refrigerator, microwave.
Impossible to find from highway without GPS. Noisy. Terrible heat/cool system, also noisy. Not at all worth the cost.
The room was booked & paid for 7 months in advance and was given a room right next to the freeway. No trash cans or ashtrays outside. The biggest drawback was the noise from the freeway. The rooms on the backside were much better as to noise, When a customer books and pays for a room for a two week stay 7 months in advance, they should not be given the closest room to the freeway. I ask for a room on the back side and would think one would become available during my two week stay, but it was not offered and was told one was not available and would not be. Trash cans in the breeze way were removed and not returned, even when I asked the office if they could be brought back. There was a scheduled power outage for a transformer replacement and the customers were not informed. The locks were changed out during the stay and they did not work as well as the ones that were there. Looked like hookers were using the hotel. Would...
When i arrived we had dirty towels in our room. It also had an odor in the room. The walls were dirty and cob webs were noticible in the corners and the ceilings.
Have the lights didn't workNot worth anything to stay here
The location was really close to the interstate and easy to find.
The hotel room was dirty. It smelled of smoke even though it said it was a smoke free room. The bathroom was dirty and the fridge didn't work. The location is great, but the room smelled of smoke and dog. The bathroom was dusty and the refrigerator didn't work. Also, there was no continental breakfast as was promised in the description on Priceline's website. I have stayed at quite a few red roof inns, but ill definitely look somewhere else next time.
The location was right off the highway and easy to get to.
