Location to event I was attending
Got what I paid for.
it was right at the bus stop for easy access
it was not clean. The refrigerator had roaches in it.
Swimming poolBreakfeast the morming
Staff are friendly. Room is clean. Best deal for the price.
That the air conditioning worked great wifi. Not too far from down town.
The foucets were leaky. There was a love stain on the caroet. The counter top in the bath room was clearly marked up from people doing cocain. Not a great selection for breakfast
The hotel was in a convienant place to drive the the racetrack, find restaurants, shop and get downtown all in a 15 min radius.
Tub had a real slow drain.
Room was clean. The bathroom was recently renovated. Breakfast in the lobby was open at 5:00 a.m
There was limited parking for the number of rooms. The continental breakfast had limited choices compared to what is offered at other hotels in the same price range. The bathroom was devoid of any racks for storage of clean towels or to hang wet ones.
I liked the location. Not to far from where I needed to be.
They have issues with the water pressure, if you don't know the trick, you'll be taking a cold shower. The room has a certain smell that fills your lungs with an uncomfortable feeling. And also it seems like they were working on this room but stopped.
The concierge was nice and I liked the way the pool looked even though it was too cold to swim.
When I first arrived February 16th at 8PM they did not let me in the lobby. They said I had to check in through a service window located outside due to the manager saying so. No room service just domino's and very small bathroom. Reminded me of Motel6.
It provided everything it promised and represented a good value.
There was a cockroach in the bathroom.
Flat screen, cleanliness
The room did not stay cool
No pens or paper to write with in room....mildew looking stains on curtain and walls, weird/sloppy paint
Sheets were clean.
The whole bathroom gets when you take a shower. The location was very shady/scary.
place far from the town and convention center in an open space no security walls around
It was clean but it also had a microwave and mini fridge.
The pool was out of order. That's why we stayed there
Low cost of the rooms compared to other hotels/motels in the area. While the exterior of the facility and immediate neighborhood were not particularly inviting or pleasant, the poolside room was a nice surprise. I got first floor room as requested.
Priceline room rate was the same as the hotel's on line rate. No priceline advantage! Ramshackle trailor court next door. Distance to New Orleans attractions, including French Quarter, too far. Too much traffic congestion and too many stop lights.
They seem to be remodeling, will check it out at a later time.
My only complaint would be the rugs were dirty in the room.
The staff was very inviting and warm, save one guy, but the pool was closed for repairs and had I known that while booking I wouldn't have made reservations. It wasn't until the day we left--after being there a week--that they began cleaning the pool. The water never got hot, only warm, or more like lukewarm. It was warm enough to be called hot ONE day out of our stay. The beds were comfy enough, but if I were to get picky about it, the comforter made us hot so we mostly slept under the sheets alone. The temp dropped a couple nights and the heater was needed, but it either kept going out or didn't get quite warm enough. The A/C made the room damp feeling and was right next to the bed, which was uncomfortable. Overall, the staff was great, the room was always neat and tidy with everything refilled/replaced when we returned, the beds were comfy. The only serious complaints are that the pool wasn't clean and open and that the water never got hot, not even in the sink. It was a clean, safe place to sleep, no more, no less.
absolutely nothing it smelled like it was very old...my daughter and I sneezed all night long...it iant a place that I would come back again nor tell someone about. The staff was rude.
i didnt like anything abt the hotel wish i could have gotten my money back...I could have gotten a better hotel rook for the price tht i had paid for it. It should have 0 stars.I should have taken pictures its by a trailer park and abandon building.
Our room was clean, don't let the outside of hotel fool you. Comfortable bed. Staff very nice and great location for what we wanted
Outside had weird odor
Staff was good. We knew what we wanted - cheap, close to airport location. That's what it is.
They were re-roofing and the dust blew around. But I don't expect the Ritz. I get tired of reviews where they expect a $68 motel to be a 5 star experience. Now if Spirit Air hadn't totally messed up our travel plans, we would not have written this review.
The hotel was not clean. The curtains and comforter didn't match. The stairwell need a good cleaning.
