Everyone is very kindly for us during stay. Thank you so much for service!!
Mexicana Airline was suspended on 28th Aug befor our departure from Mexico to Cancun. but Hotel staff didn't tell us regarding this affaire..It is so sad thing.
We had a huge bedroom and the bed were very comfortable. The pool was fine and there is a very good sports roo
Everything was great...the staff, the accomodations, the restrauant, everything. The staff set is up with an excellent tour guide making it an unforgetable experience. We will recommend this hotel to others and online at the vacation website we scanned to find out about it.
Everthing was great. Only one little problem, Steve left his hat in the room when we checked out. We haven't even had time to check on it. And, we inadvertantly booked for one night but we needed two. When we added a day at the hotel, they charged us full price rather than the online rate. I thought this wasn't terribly considerate.
Staff was great.
They initially didn't honor the price agreement obtained with booking.com. They said they weren't bound to honor it because my card had been declined. I talked to Amex and they explained why it was declined, which was unlikely. In any case, if they don't cancel the reservation, which they hadn't, they are bound to honor the agreement. It took involving Viktor from booking.com (who was great), Amex, and the Embassy Suites to resolve this. Very stressful.
The suite was lovely, all you could need and more! view wasnt great but who cares when you've got not one but two plasma tv's to watch! Swimming pool was good but small and the gym was practically empty when we used it.
Large and comfortable rooms
Room is very large and comfortable. It is very good that hotel staff prepares light meal for guests of early departure.
The space, size of the room, breakfast and manager's happy hour
Having to pay for internet access, especially per device
