The good … The hotel is well located
The bad … You can HEAR EVERYTHING … You can hear the person staying next to you … in the hallway … in the lobby … Outside ... The mini fridge was dirty … The bed was crinkly from the plastic cover under the sheets … The doors are very strange there is a window and is covered by a piece of cloth … The TV did not work … The Wi-Fi password didn’t work … The valet parking was $28 CASH ONLY which is also strange
Great little hotel. Wonderful staff and perfect location. The front room Angel put us on was great. We saw lots of Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Maserati, Rolls Royces. We stayed in the room right above the Century sign. Thank you. And the hotel is only 3 blocks from the action.
$28.00 extra for each day for parking...
Great location. Across the street from quiet and beautiful beach near southpointe. Starbucks across the street. Big Pink restaurant around the corner. Quiet part of south beach.
Very basic. Very dated. Could be a great deco boutique hotel with a remodel. Overnight parking is an issue. No choice but to valet. Need to cab or drive to the southbeach action spots.
The room was clean location on ocean drive
The staff wasn't welcoming the hotel wasn't comfortable at all I avoided the room as much as I could the beds were terrible fridge didn't work and we'll as blankets were sheets the only good thing about this hotel was the roof which wasn't for guest anyway I wouldnot suggest staying here unless you're looking for a place to rest your head there was no breakfast as advertising said and no towels this was a last minute trip we booked the room on a Friday night but not worth moreading then 70$ even on the weekend room was tiny and manager told us over the phone we could get a room with two beds when we got there he wasted about 15 minutes of our time before upgrading bedding after a 5 hour drive that totally ruined my night PAY THE EXTRA AND STAY SOMEWERE ELSE IF YOU WANT SOMEWERE NICE
Location. Front desk very helpful.
Hotel parking is $28
Convenient location with Starbucks right across the street, next to a large Park.
TV could have been a little larger. but then I wasn't really there to watch much TV anyway.
Location right off the beach
Found three cockroaches in two day stay
Only close to the beach, but not close enough for the terrible conditions.
They gave a room of 4 ppl only one rag to use. It is extremely disgusting we had to buy Lysol to spray everything down. Bathroom, towels, rags, beds and floor was dirty. ROOM WAS DIRTY! Room was tiny and walls and doors were busted up. This should be a 1star motel not a hotel it is extremely overpriced and pictures are deceiving!
Really great location, close to most restaurants, short cab ride from shopping district. Didn't see any bugs like most of the reviews. My wife saw a small insect, who knows if it was a roach or not. but that was the one incident.
Immediately upon entering the hotel there was a wet carpet smell, dark, damp feeling and generally unclean. The facility is cracking and wasting away. The room was tiny. It had everything we needed, but overall, the walls and floors where dirty, the room was poorly lit and also felt damp. For the $200 or so a night, you think you're getting a deal compared to other hotels on Ocean drive, but really, it's just a compromise. You're paying for location. There's nothing vacation like about this hotel and had we known we would've payed the extra $100 a night or just stayed at a hotel further inland for the cost and value.
tattered room, unhelpful staff, no breakfast, poor wifi.
room smelled like urine.
The location was nice
The staff was neither helpful nor hurtful and the hotel in general is pretty outdated. The hallway smelled badly, the fridge / mini bar in our room wasn't working and to top it off we had roach like bugs everywhere in our room. We paid way too much for what we got.
