Location to airport and highway. Great Starbucks in parking.
Smoking by employees near front door.
front desk personnel were friendly; location was convenient
parking lot is too small; it was hard to find a place to park; room was dusty; no continental breakfast; mirrors were dirty; bathroom looked like the baseboards hadn't been cleaned in years; taking the stairs would have been faster than the elevators
It was close to a lot of restaurants and the staff was very nice.
It was a bug in our room and the bathroom tub wasn't clean.
convenient location, good size room. nice front desk staff
when entering door at the end of the hallway you have to go all the way to the lobby before going upstairs. no access to stairway from first floor.
The staff was extremely friendly which can always make your stay a pleasant experience. Excellent staff!!
No microwave or refrigerator in the hotel room.
Staff very helpful (looked for something that I lost). Nice personal items in rooms, e.g. an aromatherapy kit.
Pool was nice but showed signs of disrepair (holes in ceiling, pool light disconnected from wall).
Clean rooms and very good restaurant in the hotel
No mini refrigerator in the room
The friendly employee of the month girl at the front desk, she's awesome. Bar/ristorante was excellent.
It was easy to get to. Staff were very helpful and polite. Front Desk people were very good to work with!
Friendly desk staff, great breakfast; clean room with nice amenities.
Noisy air conditioner
Convenient to major highways
No provided breakfast for rate paid
Nice, clean, comfortable beds
Bathroom reconstruction sloppily done
Nice room, staff
Not close to anything
Room not properly cleaned - dirty pillow case left discarded on one bed.Sink has a cracked bowl.
All of the staff was excellent. Everyone greeted us and was helpful anytime we needed anything.
The room was cramped. There was very little space to sit or to put our luggage. The bathroom was also small and the hot water kept changing from very hot to cold during a shower. Two of the four cardio machines in the fitness center did not work.
Very nice hotel and room.
There were some logistical issues.
Staff was accomodating
A/C / Heater not working inspite of requesting to fixBathroom is dirty, same dirt everyday as if not being cleaned the whole time we're thereShower lever fell off the tub while usingRequest for fridge never came, as always
Hot then cold water in the shower.
Room and facilities were clean
Was put on the first floor at the beginning of the hallway right by the front door. I had to keep the tv on all night in order to drown out the noise from people coming in and out of the hotel.
SerVice at bar
Room was not cleaned after first night and overall was not cleaned well. Found an old sock on floor and condoms. Poor housekeeping.
Bathtub drained very very slowly so we showered in standing water and staff reported they would 'look into it' without offering any remedies or apologies.
Swimming pool was dirty. No restaurant on sight.
Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Physical plant was decent. Location was nice in that there are places within walking distance to grab breakfast or lunch (Chipotle, Bob Evans, Olive Garden).
Cleaning staff worked VERY slowly. Asked for clean towels around 10 am and didn't get them until after 3 pm when I beggged and pleaded.
have refrigerator and hater
the carpet was very dirty! OUR FEET ARE VERY BLACK FROM WALKING ON IT ):
The staff was very helpful .
No microwave in the room or refrigerator .The inconvenience of going to the fifth floor to heat up food
Room service made me sick Nasty restaurant
the staff were friendly
the room was dated, beds were terrible, no fridge.
The room was clean. The beds were comfortable.
We pulled into the parking lot (in front of the lobby)at 10:15pm. A man with two little girls approached us and said he lost his wallet and was asking for money to fill his car. We were surprised that there was no security from the hotel.
We had a late arrival on a Sunday evening and the shift manager had our keys ready to go. We were checked in and in our room in 5 minutes or less. Great attitudes from staff.
Kind of pricey breakfast options from Italian steakhouse. Smaller breakfast nook downstairs would be nice.
The room was very clean!
Nothing at all
Mildew smell and on ceilings. Carpet soaked with water by ac unit. 1st floor room. Horrible. Needs updating very very bad.
Location was okay. The 'Clean remote control' is a good idea if they do indeed clean it...? The coffee packets offered was good.
Very dirty and not 3.5* /Crowne Plaza hotel, their restaurant wasn't open at 1015pm. They gave me a breakfast $5.00 coupon and I couldn't use it because they were doing an Easter Sunday brunch. All they could offer me was a muffin. Ridiculous!!
The heat didnt work in the room. We were freezing all night
The room seemed very clean.
The front desk staff was loud and silly.
Lack of amenities; i.e. in-room microwave/refrigerator. Loud heating/air unit in room.
The pillows were great.
There was a smell like that of cleaners that were trying to mask another smell. The mattress appeared to be older and the bathtub had dents in it.
The drunk wedding guests yelling about how drunk they were on the elevator.
The 3.5 star rating is not right at all. The curtains were torn and held together by a safety-pin. The shower wasn't clean and had something stuck on the wall that I can only pray was a lettuce leaf.
We were very disappointed. Our heater in the room only blew cold air, it never warmed up at all so at 2 am we had to call the front desk to move since we were frozen. In the morning, no restaurant was open anywhere and no hot coffee in the lobby!
Dirty coffee pot dirty shower curtain thin towels thread see through ice bucket dirty
Heater is noise. Can not sleep first night. Wear ear plugs helps. Wear ear plug to sleep is our first in our staying over 100 hotels experience.
Maid never came and cleaned room, replaced towels, etc. Our room key was given to a new guest and we were awakened at 1:30 in the morning by a young lady expecting to enter her room.
The AC unit is right under the curtain and it blows all night, room smelled and found ants on the nightstand...
Nothing. Very dirty room.
The room. Dirty and broken office chair.
Room was old; furnitures were old; bathroom was small and old, smelled bad like someone just vomited. The bathtub drained slow.
The bed was comfortable.
The housekeeping staff completely skipped my room and never cleaned it between the nights I was there.
The only complaint we had was that the cleaning staff knocked on the door at about 8:45 while we were still asleep. This would not have been an issue during the week, but it was a Saturday. The room was beautiful though, accomodations were great, and the people at the front desk were kind, although not overly helpful. We had to request our own wake up call and ask about breakfast, they did not offer that information like most.
Staff was very kind, we were out for the motorcycle show and we were able to leave our car there while we went to the IX center the next day with another couple. The only complaint is the restaurants' prices were a little high for our tastes.
Every part of my stay was great. From check in to check out the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. I would stay again.
I have stayed at many hotels in the Cleveland area. This was well located to the airport. Room was great! Pillow packet was a lovely touch. Marble baths. Great restaurant on premises.
My wife and I were visiting a friend in Cleveland and decided to stay at the Crowne Plaza because we had stayed in them before and always been satisfied. Once we had arrived and checked in we proceeded to our room and upon entering were startled at how bad the room smelled. The cause of the smell turned out to be a man utilizing the bathroom with the door open in our room. I obviously don't blame the poor guy who thought he was behind a locked hotel room door but I do blame the staff who apparently either marked his room vacant by mistake or don't know how to use their own computer system. After explaining to the staff we were given a second room which thankfully wasn't occupied. As we settled down for the night and started getting into bed my wife noticed a fingernail sitting on the decrative pillow on the bed. I had to ponder that if that wasn't clean, then what else wasn't cleaned the last time the maid service came through? On top of everything, my wife and I were privy to our neighbors' conversation because apparently they made the walls out of a material no thicker than construction paper. Next time my wife and I travel to Cleveland we will definately be finding a different place to stay.
I conducted a meeting at this facility along with having out of town attendees and the facility and service were excellent.
