Room and bathroom were pretty clean. Ok hotel for an overnight stay - nothing longer than that.
Older hotel. Not in a desirable location.Rooms are out dated. Needs renovation.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable
The staff was extremely helpful and courteous.
pool deck was extremely slippery.... both my daughter and I fell - and we werent running or even rushing.
Indoor pool, hot tub, breakfast. Quiet, clean, excellent staff. Was impressed - born and raised in Midland and it wasn't too long ago this place was a dump - they fixed it up nice.
Location. Access to highway.
Staff rented my room to another guest who walked in while I was taking a nap. My room was not cleaned, nor was the bed made during my stay. After retrieving my bill early on checkout day, my room key was disabled and I had to walk back to the front desk.
Staff was very nice and helpful.
I had to fix the toilet and the bathtub drain was almost plugged.
This was the greatest pool space ever for the members of my family. Great continental breakfast also.
I enjoyed everything in the hotel.
comfortable bed and nice size room. Good breakfast. Easy on and off expressway.
I love the breakfast
I think all the rooms should have a small fridge in them.
Staff tried hard to be accommodating.
It needed updating badly. The first night the room was cold and I had no hot water. One day I did not receive room service. I had to ask for extra blankets. I had to ask for clean towels. I had to ask for shampoo. The carpet was stained.
Very modern, appears as if everything was renovated recently.
The area IS close to downtown BUT the particular neighborhood that the hotel is in is a little run down.
We were very satisfied with Valley Plaza. We really liked that there was a shallow pool for the children to swim in that was off from the deeper pool. The continental breakfast was also good. Overall, very satisfied with our stay, will stay again.
Great staff, awesome free breakfast and enjoyed the pool , hot tub and sauna!
Would be nice if the gift shop carried wine openers.
Nice pool area with hot tub and sauna.
Breakfast was a little disappointing and ants in the bathroom.
Tub had some mold. Outside concrete not good. Gardens going down hill.
Nice rooms pool area nice and clean.
The shower head was broken and would not stay up had to hold it to show. Talked to front desk Saturday but it was still broken Sunday.
