Location was great if you need to be near the central train station...just an easy two block walk away. Also, easy access to the Metro which takes you downtown for only 1 1/2 Euro. Rooms were small but neat and clean
tiny elevator and tiny shower, (although these seemed to be somewhat common in many hotels in Italy). Also, room was on the small side.
The staff was extremely helpful! They helped us figure out how to spend our one night in Milan and get us where we needed to be the next day. We were there for the convenience of being near the train station. It fit our needs perfectly!
i asked for a twin bed and they just put 2 single beds to each other
close to Milano Centrale train station; good value for money
Good location, friendly staff
TV channels in Italian only, room smelt a bit stale, hard mattress, breakfast a bit poor (but this seems to be a pattern in Italy).
good location for transport
+ Excellent location and dining area is quite nice. + Staff were polite and efficient.
- Room and bathroom was antiquated, needs updating. - Not enough plug sockets in my room (just 2!) - Require more selection at breakfast, not enough. - Social/TV area was atrocious, TV stations weren't tuned in and very bad reception.
