overall, everything the hotel offered for the price, was a great deal. I think the breakfast was a great deal daily for the price. The single bed was a bit short but I managed.
The only negative incident, I experienced was on my last day, when i needed my sleep the most, to travel back home. Some idiot came to his room (next to mine) at 3:30am and apparently didn't think his voice traveled. After the noise made in his entrance he proceeded to talk on his phone for an extended period. when I couldn't take it any longer I simply yelled from my room to "shut up" It ceased:) The floor could have been cleaned during my stay, it seemed they didn't get to it. Overall, I was satisfied and would recommend it.
Value , Location
The staff is very nice and welcome, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good.
the wireless connection for the internet was available only at the lobby of the hotel
Rooms not clean enought
the breakfast was good
the night personel was rather unattendive.
Fairly decent sized room.Bathroom was clean.
Location next to tram was perfect - easy access to city centre and to central station. Room was spaceous and clean. Staff was very friendly.
The variety of food on the breakfast table was not very exciting. But then again Northern Europeans put more value on a full english breakfast than Southern Europeans.
The breakfast was amazing! The man working at the front desk on the night we arrived also recommended one of the best restaurants we have eaten at on our trip. Great experience.
The hotel was a little farther out of Milan than we maybe would have preferred. It was very easy to get on the tram system however did end up costing about 5 euro per person by the end of our 2 day stay.
The breakfeast is execrible
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
