The pool looked nice, didn't get to enjoy it though.
- Air conditioner/heater didn't work - Someone else's dirty washcloth was left in the shower - There was a huge puddle of water on the floor that looked like it came from the fan - The curtains facing the parking lot (we were ground level) were broken and mangled - The "Sleep Number" bed was broken and very hard - We were given two full beds instead of one king bed - Took half an hour to check in because the "system was down"
I was impressed by everyone's customer friendly attitude. Every employee I met from the Manager down to the Custodian greeted me with a smile and went out of there way to make my stay pleasant. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
Check in was streamlined, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless.
There is no refridgerator in the room, and there was a coulple of wrappers in the hallway near the elevator.
The master key got lost! The person went in my room and took my credit card, checkbook, 50 dollars in cash, and earlier i bought brand new boots and a scarf and they took that too. I was left with no money and my flight was not until four days later. The worst experience ever!
Quiet room even though facing expressway. Bed a bit old but comfortable. Hotel hallways smelled of chlorine.
Staying in same place as my confrence
The room was stuffy, smelled stinky and stale. When I opened the window, the freeway sounds made it hard to hear the tv show i was watching...the fan did little to take out stale smell.
It was a great location for us with it being right off 43
The security you would expect was not there. The outside access door we were using did not require a key and when we were getting ready to leave at 9 am, housekeeping tried to get in already. Luckily our door was latched but there are t any dead bolts on the room doors so she was able to open it slightly.
I hate the SleepNumber beds. They are very uncomfortable.
The bed was comfy and room was spacey
