The hide-a-bed was VERY uncomfortable. The furniture was in poor condition.
Free Breakfast and Great location
$13 dollars for parking
Very clean; good breakfast buffet
No towels in exercise room; expensive parking;cheap blankets
Lovely clean room, nicely designed and laid out.
Noise from street, noise from hallway traffic.
the rooms had kitchens and were very big
the only thing is the fee they put on hold i never was told their was a 60$ hold but you get it back so other than that this is great hotel
The staff was friendly. The room we booked was large with a lot of extra space, which is always nice considering there were four of us in the room.
Pull-out couch is smaller, would only fit one adult comfortably.
It's awesome. I won't stay downtown any place else.
Nothing. It's awesome.
right down down. Getting to places via skywalk was a bit difficult, but not the hotel's fault! Wonderful breakfast and happy hour food. Staff was very helpful! Nice location.
Large suites, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, location.
Need to use public parking ramp next door.
I loved the central location, the staff was very helpful, and parking was a relief.
A bar, restaurant in the hotel would definitely be an added perk for late night.
The staff was friendly
The price seemed high for a weekend especially after hearing others booked nicer hotels at a much lower price before AND after I made my reservation. We had to call for fresh towels as housekeeping hadn't been to our room by 4:00 when we returned.
The stay was very good. Everything is connected by covered bridges so that I did not have to go outside, which was a plus since we had 15 inches of snow fall during our stay. The only issues that I had were locating the entrance to the hotel and the parking was in a public facility which was a bit pricy. It would have been perfect if the hotel paid for the parking or part of the parking.
We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the Target center. I was a little concerned by reading the pther comments but decided to book it because it was where I needed to be. I was pleasantly surprised by the professional way I was treated when I checked in. It just kept getting better. My room was beautiful and very clean. The social at 5:30 was fantastic and the breakfast was even better! I would stay here now everytime I attend an event at the Target center! I hated to leave!
The room was nice, but the customer service at this hotel was lousy. What I paid for it, I could have stayed at the Hilton or Radisson which offered the same rate and I will next time. The staff here is so concern about watching out for undesirables that they lack any friendliness. For example, when I came into the lobby, staff would be behind the counter. I did not once hear, 'Good Morning,' 'Good Evening,' or even 'Hi.' Also, there is a hold put on credit cards (even if prepaid reservations like mine) for 'incidentals.' There is no mention on the amenities description regarding this. I found out about this when I checked in. What is even more ridiculous was when I asked how much would be held, I was told, 'well, it depends. Maybe around $* or $* bucks.' I don't know about anyone else, but I take my money (including my credit cards) seriously. I asked to speak with the manager which was a waste of time. When I got to my room, I discovered that I was given a room overlooking the parking garage and with the air vents for the hotel right in front of the window. Was this done on purpose? I don't know. This was my first and last time staying at a Marriott hotel. As I said before, for the rate at this place, you can stay at the Raddison or the Hilton which is about the same.
